I wrote a five star review because I was pressured to do so by the shop owner. I didnt want to tell him that a wedding band tattoo was not challenging and that my wife and I only went there because our first choice refused to tattoo hands. The experience was pretty mediocre, and even if it was great, asking for me to pull out my smart phone and give him a five star review before leaving the shop is tacky. That said the artist was pretty cool otherwise. He had a few tattoos on the edges of his face and freshly painted nails, bright ruby in color. I figure if this grown man is chill enough to do that, hes not going to get bent out of shape about our tattoo idea. Seems pretty non judgemental. The wall art is nice as was the chance to watch ninja warrior on the tv while getting the tattoo done. That really shows consideration, not to mention something to talk about other than just getting a tattoo that day. Also, there is apparently an $80 minimum on tattoos, which seems pretty steep for 12 minutes of work for a single half stripe on a knuckle. When I get the tattoo touched up, I will be looking for other shops and negotiating a price before the work is done.

Ace Tattoo and Piercing! What an incredible experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this place to anybody who is a stickler for great work, wonderful atmosphere, professional service, and the desire to have the whole experience come out at above an A+! Randy Culver is the man who you want to see! Ive been looking to get a cover-up for over 9 years, and he has worked a miracle. I truly never liked anybody elses work, and found a priceless gem in Randy and his craft. He really knows what hes doing, hes easy going, and Ill not be going anywhere else except to him. It took forever for me to find someone who is beyond 100% capable, but I have found him and his name is Randy Culver!:) I would recommend this place to my family, thats how much I love it! I cant wait to come back and see Randy and get more work done, tomorrow waits for no man or woman! Love my tattoo, love this place, you will too trust me! :)

This was 3 years ago so it could be under new management. I had a very simple tattoo design and it was butchered so badly! I wanted a simple crescent face moon and what I got was horrendous, uneven, and the line work was so thick. I never said anything because she said after it healed it wouldnt look so thick but healing time came and went and it looked horrible. I finally got it covered up with another design over at Tough Luck Tattoo and got a new moon done that looks great. I dont know how they allowed this work to even leave the shop. $100 down the drain for my first and worst tattoo. Now I thoroughly research both the shop AND the artist (a first timers mistake) The shop itself was clean and Im sure they have other good artists but I will never go back there for more ink or piercings.

The shop is extremely clean, which I think is very important, and their concern for proper aftercare makes ACE TATTOO the best shop around. I speak from experience when I tell you not to consider any other shop for your lifetime tattoo. If you are considering body piercing, ACE TATTOO is also the place for all your piercing desires. The end results are beautiful.

Walked in there today stood around for about 20 minutes, when no help came I walked around the shop and nobody was there.. so I went home. I decided Id call and give it another chance. I asked the guy if he had any openings tonight for a cancer ribbon tattoo. (Husband has been battling stage 4 sarcoma) and the guy laughed at me and said he was booked forever. This isnt my first tattoo, and I get it small tattoos are not artists favorite, but I gotta say Im a little disappointed business is business and this is an emotional tattoo for me.

I finally made up my mind that I was going to get the tattoos that I wanted. I went into Ace, made a walk in appointment, and had my ink done the same day. Randy did an awesome job. Couldnt have asked for more for my first tattoo experience. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. Make no mistake--this shop is clean and up to standards. I could tell from the way he interacted with other clients that he knows his business and I will be back back sooner rather than later. Would definitely refer to others!

Ive grown up in the area and always was not told to go to Ace. People said it was "dirty" and things like that. Well everyone that I knew that had actually been there for tattoos, had no complaints. I went just to look into getting a tattoo a couple years ago. I knew what I wanted, a memorial tattoo for my mom, I just wanted to shop around a little bit. Well, they got me in that day, gave me an amazing deal, and did an AMAZING job. I plan to go back next month for my brothers memorial tattoo!

I recently received a tattoo at ace, Randy seems like a nice enough guy, but his tattoo work is VERY poor!!! I had praying hands done a few years back, it looked a little bit incomplete so I asked him to to add rays , and clouds to it. Pretty simple, right?? WRONG!! The rays you can see, the clouds, omg Ive had several people ask what is that? A spider web? The last thing you want to hear about your tat is, what is that?? Going to a different shop to get it fixed! Stay away from ace! Far away!!!!!

Horrible experience. Had a tatto done and he butchered it badly. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Except maybe my worst enemy. When I spoke to randy about helping me with the cost of getting it removed he was very rude. And asked me to leave his shop. Hopefully you are reading this before you decide to go here. I wish it would let me post a picture on it because its pathetic. He should be in jail for impersonating a tattoo artist.

Randy helped me decide on a location for an ear piercing and made it as painless as possible! He also helped me with a previous piercing that had grown closed. Added perk? After I got light-headed, I got royal treatment, which consisted of a glass of water, a potential puke bucket, and a lollipop! I highly recommend Ace Tattoo Limited both for their professionalism and friendly staff. Thanks, I will definitely come back for repeat service!

I would never ever in a million years go back to Ace. I got a Monroe piercing there this summer. I had to take it out a few days later. After a lot of pain and looking like I got punched in my lip by Mike Tyson. I went to another local place in Uptown to have it looked at. They were in shock. The guy at ace pierced be and had the end of the post coming out of the inside of my upper lip.
