Consistently the worst Starbucks I go to. I only go to this specific location on the weekends as it is unfortenutaly the closest one to where I live. Weekdays I go to one closer to my work place and they are great. This location is horrible. They never fully listen to your drink order, so more often then not it is in correct. When you call them out on it, they make up excuses and try to make you think that you do not know how a drink gets made, despite the fact that you have been drinking the same drink for longer then the entire crew has been working at a Starbucks combined. When food is ordered, the bag usually has some form of smear on it and they hand it to you with no napkin. The weekend drink "maker" is rushing so much that the presentation and idea of a clean cup is lost on him. Every drink I have received has spill marks all over it, and is filled so full that it spills on my hand when they reach through their drive through window and hand me a drink. But they never offer a napkin or stopper for the drink. When I ask for either, they sigh, and reluctantly me one.

Fast service from generally friendly employees. Although, I stopped coming here in the evenings due to terrible customer service! I am excited to try my coffee today since it was made by The Best Barista Starbucks has!! Too bad I dont know his name! We can just call him Bouncy!!! :-) The location and parking lot are another story and the majority of why this establishment only got 3 stars. To get in or out of this location is a nightmare. And any new model, lower to the groun, cars will be Extremely hesitant to drive out of your parking lot. There is no room to manuver so the car doesnt scrape bottom. The delivery trucks block all visibility, so hopefully you get out without an accident. This One Way In, One Way Out Establishment only receives my business a few times a summer. As a Gold Member until... well there is no expiration date it just tells me I need zero stars for the next year now... I wish the set up was better, but maybe the only resolve will be a new location?!

I cant say enough good things about this Starbucks! The team that works here is exceptional and always treats me with such patience and kindness. The drive through is always full but they keep a well oiled machine and move things along quickly. They are always smiling and laughing! Every time I bring my dog with me they offer him a puppacino and he gets so excited to see them. My drink is always made to perfection and on the very small chance it isnt they make sure to fix it right away. Every employee Ive encountered has been a joy to work with and they deserve to be commended. The team is fantastic and Im so happy to visit them regularly! The only complaint I have with the store is that when they did the remodel they set up a bunch of pub tables in the middle of the store. Im sure the intention was to create a waiting line for the registers but it makes it difficult to get in and out of the store and its a pretty tight squeeze.

I went in around noon and ordered a Green Tea Frappachino with soymilk and two shots of espresso over the top with no whip. The first time they had no shots, soy, and whip. I asked politely if they could remake it. The second time, the shots were there but there was whipped cream on top. I asked again if they could remake it. The third time, they did not use a new cup. They just dumped out the old Frappachino, leaving chunks of whipped cream throughout the drink. I asked the barista about this and she said in a snappy tone: "thats just soymilk. I know for a fact thats what it does." I have a dairy intolerance so I ended up getting a refund and leaving. I was not rude to anyone, nor were they busy. Because of this, I expected better service. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks.

I take my kids here often for a kid cocoa. I have never had to take it back because it was too hot. One time tho, my son spilled his cocoa, a worker came over and mopped it up during a very busy time. They said they would get him another, and it made him happy and he stopped crying. Then this worker found out the lid was off so he could eat the whipped cream...Who DOESNT do that? Got a dissaprooving look from worker and never saw her again.

Im not sure what is going on at the Starbucks as this was my go to Starbucks. There is an employee that is very obnoxious and uses some kind of radio announcing voice when you go through the drive thru. He is so busy creating this annoying experience that he didnt even get the one drink order correct. I no longer will be going to this location as it is beyond irritating.

If u stop at drive through theres a big chance 9 out of 10 that the drink will be wrong!!! The biggest thing that disappoints me is the communication between ordering and barista that takes the order n what I actually get when I leave! The place is awesome inside m workers r super friendly n nice but drive through most of the time fails me!

What is there not to love? They are fast and efficient, the drinks and food are also tasty and the people are friendly. Also be nice kids, remember to tip; Im in a services industry and its always super appreciated. Favorite place to go when I decide to treat myself to breakfast on the way to work once in a while.

Great friendly staff only complaint is they are always out of cookies I am craving on commute home from work early afternoon ( oatmeal rasin ) or (chocolate chunk). I love to stop for a frapichano or flat white and Cookies and kind of spoils visit when 1st choice sometimes 2nd are all sold out

I go to all different starbucks locations, this is my favorite location. They are always friendly, the drive thru is always fast and it is super rare that your order isnt right. No big deal if it is because they fix it fast and send you off with a smile! 5 stars!!!

Love this location. Everyone super nice and welcoming. Always a smile entering and leaving. I really like the one that says "thanks friend with a thumbs up". Just tried mobile order and it was fast. Got there and it was ready. 8.9.17

I love this Starbucks! This is the only one near me and I have to drive 10mins to come here but I love It. The baristas are very friendly and the place does have a limited seating but when I get there, Theres always a place to sit.

This location is pretty good. They are better at making the drinks the way we want them, than other locations are. The only downside to this location is it is always busy, and the parking lot is tiny.

I go to this Starbucks every morning. The baristas are very friendly and often have my drink ready before I make it to the counter. Next time youre there, try the peanut butter cupcake - yum!
