I have visited Caribous all over the state and this location in Anoka on Main, is by far the worse experience ever @ a Caribou. I went for a ‘cup of joe’ with my boss and proceeded to use a perk I had and the nightmare began. The perk said ‘offer ends Tuesday’… not offer good for Tuesdays. So a young attractive Asian girl attended to us. She was horrible. We begged her to speak up and it got worse the more we repeated that we couldn’t hear her. Also, moving in 12” from her didn’t help either, and it was about to get worse. I repeated my request seven times. Large Mint Condition, Five Splenda, Blended, White Chocolate. No not a Turtle, a Mint Condition. Large. Five Splenda. No not hot, blended. White Chocolate please. A Large not Small. Then my boss repeated his order a few times as well. It was a bloody nightmare. Good grief. Then without notice, she walks away and a condescending pierced faced supervisor takes our order and tells me I was incorrect about my perk. Well after you scan the perk on the app Ms. Supervisor it disappears, so I can’t show it to you anymore. Now we’re debating the comprehension of the English language and she poorly attempts to patronize me and it’s only pissing me off further. It’s important to mention, I visit Caribou ONLY a few times a week to entertain clients, buy coffee beans or take advantage of the BOGO Tuesdays and Thursdays. So Ms. Supervisor needs a crash course in customer relations because she sucked like a Dyson vacuum. This is the 2nd time visiting this location in Anoka and my very first visit here they gave me the wrong beverage. To make matters worse, the Mint Condition I received didnt have the Splenda I requested and it tasted watered down. SMH I love the lounge at this location but I am positive they will be happy never to see me again,.. and the attitude from this Supervisor was extremely condescending and unbecoming for management. UUggh!

I was here for a visit and it was horrible. Coffee was great but the whole atmosphere was ruined by the actions of an employee who was having a loud conversation with a local friend of hers that all the clients had to listen to. One-by-one customers left the comfortable seating, as the quiet environment was interrupted by this young employee having a very loud conversation from the counter to the boy sat on the other side of the restaurant ( As she changed the trash, also). We were the last to leave and no manager came out to tell the girl that her personal conversation should not be heard across the whole café, loud as anything. We finally left because we always enjoyed the atmosphere of Caribou for a nice easygoing place where one could study, order some drink and food, and enjoy a professional experience from the staff. No. Here there did not seem to be one person whom I could recognize as the manager on Duty through uniform or age. All were quite young. I would have appreciated the girl just take a break and sit by her friend, speaking directly across from him at a table instead of alienating 7 customers from the inside of the building because she doesnt know what an "inside voice" is.

Friendly staff and great coffee. Its small and cozy with comfortable seating and pretty fireplace. There is the right mix of feeling like youre in your own little world and being part of a larger group when there are a lot of people there. There are many outlets for charging devices. The overall tone is comfortable and homey. Not pretentious or snobbish.

Ok place..I will not be going back. I asked one employee who looked like your typical Hillary supporter...what a good light coffee would be and her response was just to "Google it". You work at caribou you should know what coffee is good. Im sure from not showering or washing your hair in over 12 years eventually gets to your head.

RUDE! Today I asked for a small sample cup of whip cream for my 4 year old son, I have been going through the drive thru everyday for a long time with no problems until yesterday and today when a girl i have not seen before was rude and told me that from now on i will need to be charged for any extra whip.

There was a water leak from their display into the customer area, it was small and they got on it right away when I noticed it , but I notice miniscule deviations more than anyone. My first time, they were polite and answered coffee and wifi questions above and beyond what would be expected - A +

It took 15 minutes to get our 2 blended drink order in the drive thru. When we received them one of them was the completely wrong drink. It was obvious because of the wrong color and had to taste it for them to verify it was incorrect? Not very good customer service. Wont be a returning customer.

Cozy place to get away from the chill of winter and enjoy warm drinks. I recommend the zebra mocha or cooler pending on outside temperature. Generally friendly staff and helpful. Im not a huge fan of the coffee plain but their mixed drinks are pretty much the best around.

Like between my wife and I we religiously go to caribou every morning and spend 100 dollars a week and when they screw up my expensive drinks I expect to be compensated but apparently thats not ok so to you caribou now I boy cott and star bucks will b3 my new coffee spot

Its a little awkward to get into the parking lot at this location, but the floor plan of the shop itself is really interesting. I like how its situated on a street corner thats not 90°. Also, when the weather is nice, the patio also has a generous amount of space.

Love that they have a drive through. Caribou coffee and Einstein bagels together in perfect harmony. They gave my brothers dog two dog bagels. My iced latte was nice and strong. Their menu is decent but all I need is an everything bagel with plain cream cheese.

Unfriendly service. Went in to order a box of coffee to go. Didnt tell me how long it was going to be. Service was terrible. Wont be going back here ever! Didnt know any of the products had to keep running [well walking slowly) to ask someone else.

They are the only Caribou that truly gives "light ice" when you ask for it. And Chase is the BEST! Everytime I go there he is so friendly, kind, humorous and sweet-natured. Give him a raise!

Being from the south I had never had Caribou coffee before. My husband introduced me to it and I have to say it heats Starbucks out any day. Absolutely amazing.

Good food and service but always noisy. Staff seem to shout at one another so not a good place for quiet conversation inside.
