I genuinely enjoy this tobacco shop. The only complaint I have is it seems the worker is late a lot in the morning and so sometimes the shop opens 15 minutes late, not a huge deal, but it just seems to happen every so often. The glass is marked up a little heavy in the glass case. The glass is thin and make sure you inspect your glass close because I have bought glass then brought it home to realize that the glass is crooked and does not hold water correctly. The glass is obviously marked up WAY too much, and does not come from these "handblown Indian suppliers" that the workers are always talking about. Other than that, I like this shop and will continue to support its growth. I would love to purchase more glass, but not for what your asking simply because it isnt worth that much.

Very friendly staff! I came here because I work nearby and had never been to this shop and immediately had a great first impression. The gentlemen working there during my visit was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his inventory. He was also very personable and provided a delightful experience for my first time visiting this shop. I cant remember the last time I received such genuine customer service. I will definitely be returning :)

Only place I go to get my cigs. Quite literally because they are one of the only places in the area that carries my brand (Parliament full flavors). Staff seem relaxed. Have gone and had the store momentarily closed, which could pose a threat if I am in a rush, but luck fully I was in no rush at the time. Like this local smoke shop 4/5!

Says its open to 8 on Saturdays in Google maps, but the sign on the door says 7. Cant a tobacco shop in this town stay open until a decent after dinner hour on a Saturday? Also saw another vehicle drive up to it while I was writing this review...

Good selection of RYO products. Friendly people too. VERY IRRITATING however is the dreaded "back in 15 minutes sign" on the door that Ive encountered too many times. I find it hard to believe a bathroom break takes that long...

I have bought cigars around the World and the service at this store is second to none. Has a good selection of good to premium cigars and is priced the way they should be! Nice treat to find a place like this in Suburbia!!!

Waited 10 minutes outside store because clerk needed coffee and a scone. The store opens at 9am and at 9:05am he decided he needed a scone.
