Tried getting my ecig juice from there... Bad choice, the employees were helpful and nice, but gave me the wrong flavor. Instead of the peppermint I paid for, I was given pineapple. I put some in my ecig and immediately noticed a fruity flavor. As a menthol smoker, I have to use the peppermint. I went back to the store and was refused any service minus a 25% discount on another bottle. After a very lengthy conversation with the "manager Brandon" he was unapologetic, refused to acknowledge a mistake, (even though his employee recognized it was her error) and quote "if you take a bite out of something at a restaurant you didnt order, you pay." ECT.. I will not go into further his incompetent "manager skills" He is a piece, to say the least. He refused to give me any other contact other then him, so a dead end. I hope this somehow reaches his higher up, 10.00 not a big deal. The customer value comming back and negative reviews/impact = priceless.

The products, service, and staff at this Hideaway location are phenomenal. I have interacted with almost all of the employees and the manager, and they are all friendly, helpful, and pleasant. When they were out of a certain product, they made sure I got what I wanted by offering something comparable at the price of the product I originally wanted. They go above and beyond with regard to service. I visited many stores like the Hideaway while living in Austin, TX. I had decent experiences with those stores, but the Hideaway in Rosemount is exceptional. I have no idea how the manager and staff have received some negative comments on this review board (other than the fact that some people just suck). If you are respectful of other people and have reasonable expectations of this retail establishment, you will undoubtedly have a great experience in this store and probably have a pleasant conversation with a staff member.

My first time in the store. I was approached almost immediately and was asked if I needed any help, which I did. I wanted to buy a vaporizer, which I had very little knowledge about, and the selection was overwhelming. Libby was extremely patient and knowledgeable, answered all of my many questions, and gave me a great experience in the store. She is definitely an asset to the company, and Im glad she was there to help me make an informed decision after entering the store with no knowledge of what I was looking for. I will be sure to take all my business there and refer anyone else in need of your products to your store. Great job!

I come here pretty often because its reasonably priced for most of the products I tend to buy. The service is pretty inconsistent, as in some employees tend to be really slow. I like that I am consistently acknowledged when I walk through the door, though. I bought a piece today that is very efficient for the price I paid, although it was made in china. But you get the idea, so I quit writing a novel. More reviews to come, though, hopefully being as specific and helpful to prospective clientele.

I have bought 5 quick fix boxes from this place, 3 of them have been faulty with the temp strips, heat pack etc not working. Dont waste ur time or money there is no refund. All I got was im so sorry from what sounded like a high schooler.....no refunds nothing! Smdh if ur going to sell products to snoke pot and beat a drug test then make sure your products arent faulty!!!!!!

I walked in and I was greeted right away and I liked the overall vibe of the store. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was able to find a product that was at a great price and great quality. There was a lot of awesome products at very good prices to choose from as well. And I just want to say that the staff is pretty good looking as well ;)

The manager at this place is an ass! I like the overall idea of a hideaway but after having BOTH of the proto pipe knock offs I bought (same time), not work, he did NOTHING to help! Didnt even express he was sorry! Went to the Oakdale shop, the manager is sooo much better at being human! They can have my business now! !

The apple valley/rosemount location has always been my go-to spot. The hideaway is never far behind the curve when it comes to releasing and stocking innovative new wave pieces (that you might have seen in "other places"). Staff can be hit or miss. Brandon, the manager, is always more than helpful.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. Thank goodness, because there is so much packed in this store it would have taken forever to find! The atmosphere of the store made me feel like a baller. straight up class. I will without a doubt be shopping here from now on.

This place was amazing! Were from San Jose, CA (near San Francisco) and no shop there comes anywhere close to the selection, organization, or cleanliness of Hideaway. Awesome shop, cant wait to come back to visit family in MN so we can visit this shop again!

This place has something for every adult,! I go for the awesome beaded earrings! They have a tip jar, which is kinda odd, but, its a free country! Save your bag and bring it with for your next visit and they will give you a discount on your purchase!

Best smoke shop ever! Been going there for years great selction. Check out MN LEGIT for great quality glass and fair prices. Plus they got that super heady sectiton their if you feel like droping some real money on bad ass glass.

It looks small from the outside but it is a ton of variety and is shockingly large when you step inside. The prices are very fair they have a lot of help available at all times the customer service is very good.
