Josh and Sandy are very quick about doing the paperwork on your items. For me this is a huge factor. I wish they had more used items for sale but oh well. They seem to be willing to work with you more on items they have for sale than Bondys down the street. Their standard pawn period is 30 days which I appreciate a lot. They will be reasonable if youre a couple days late unlike Bondys who dont have as much compassion when it comes to being a day or 2 late - they wont automatically take the item if you talk to them about your situation. Overall a nice place with good people behind the counter. Thank you guys!

This place is terrible. The customer service is awful. Their prices are ridiculous and they are not willing to work with you at all. Please do yourself a favor and go down the road to Bondys Gold and Coin. They are much much much better pawn shop. Very friendly and helpful. If i could give this 0 stars i would.

Friendly staff. However, I brought in 24.5g 18k gold. Todays gold value is $40.97 per gram, so thats $750. and he offered me $460 for the entire piece, not just the gold, which included jade and diamond. I felt insulted by the offer, and i did not even want to negotiate. wont be back.
