Very negative experience. Starts with only receiving an answer on the phone 2/10 times. Not very helpful when we did receive an answer, but not rude. When I registered my private party, they charged me an additional $10 per person, which I personally did not see advertised on the website anywhere. It was claimed to be a $10 deposit, however, if you brought your own gun with you, you didnt get your $10 back. The referees did their jobs, no complaints there. Very rude in the process of doing so, and on occasion rude when not enforcing any rules. Great to talk to 1 on 1 however. The intermissions were way too long, we spend 15-20 minutes between every match, spending an entire hour (1/3 of our time) waiting for the referees to start the next game. Warning: futureball makes you buy their biodegradable BBs, understandable, but with no exceptions. They charge a very hefty price, and in reality give you less BBs in the container than advertised. You are also required to have a barrel cover on every gun you have, make sure you bring your own; they charge $5 for one of theirs, which as far as the product goes, is very expensive. These are non-refundable, and not returnable. I did appreciate the variety of play fields available, however. I personally will never be returning. I can only speak for my experience, not for how yours may be. I do encourage you to share your experience, whether positive or negative, if you attend a session.

worst airsoft techs ever. screwed me over $202 exactly by doing terrible work and not standing behind their product. Gave the techs my expectations and told them to rig it up with whatever it needs, then i got the gun back and they halfway willingly fixed the gun for free and got it back. it had terrible shimming to start with and it was even worst when i got it back the second time almost wondering if there is any in it at all, even through they charged me for shimming and AOE correction which im strongly doubting as well. Called and complained after it broke the second time and they told me over the phone that they would replace the gun with something in the shop. Drove an hour and a half to whitmore lake to trade it in and they told me they never said that they would turn it in and that they wanted nothing to do with the gun, but they would continue to take my money to work on it even through it would continue to break. The bearded dude that told me this was being a prick. Angelo was the one i talked to over then phone. If the owner is reading this please email me your contact information if you are willing to work something out. 0/10 customer service and am willing to take them to court if something doesnt happen.

This review is mainly for the airsoft players. First off I would like to say this is THE place to go for paintball and airsoft. People you meet out there are awesome, and the employees and refs are down to earth people. However they are very strict on rules(dont want any eyes going out). The refs try to squeeze in as many games as possible but in my opinion it seems like we reload at camp more than we play. As a heads up you are required to have a gun bag when you are not in the playing field. They sell them on site for $5. Although I have seen a few people improvise. You are also required to wear full seal goggles and something hard covering youre mouth. Or if you happen to have a paintball mask, even better. As for their shop, its pretty decent. Its seems like they mostly sell surplus airsoft equipment and custom built guns. Im sure that lady that works there get bored out of her skull sometimes. I saw an add on amazon that futureball had posted an add for a gun that said it was new. When I got there I was told the item was "refurbished". However I did buy the gun because of the price. Performed pretty well out in the field.

i hate to leave a bad review but because of one worker i may never come back dont remember his name but he works in the pro shop has tattoos on his hand and a beard. his credit card machine went down and the papers said right on them "com. issue" so instead of figuring out why his machine wasnt working he wanted to try and insult me talk to me like Im stupid and try and threaten me because his machine is not working now that is not my fault that your machine is down, maybe when he grabbed it and ripped on all the wires to try and make it reach me for my pin he unplugged something. so after he tried to threaten me and insult me by saying it must be my problem that i must not have the money and then try and threaten me and tell me what i will do or else. i went back down to the field where the bigger guy bald hair who was vary helpful ran the same card on an app he had on his phone and guess what went though just fine like i knew it would. but because of the actions of one worker i dont know if ill ever be going back which is sad because this was my first time paint balling and it was a lot of fun.

This review is for paintball. Went for the first time last weekend, and found the experience quite good all around. The refs are professional and friendly, and the other staff were ready to answer any questions. Ive been to some paintball fields where the refs are only there to hang out with their friends and the support staff seems to always have better things to do. Not true at Futureball. I only have one complaint. Some of the fields seem like they are designed for a maximum of seven or eight players per side; in the afternoon session, there were some games with upwards of 25 players per side. Some of the fields dont provide much cover, so you end up in a sort of stalemate lobbing paint at one another behind a single piece of cover for the entirety of a 15 minute game. Splitting games up when the numbers get that high might address this problem. Aside from that small issue, this is a great place. They also have a decent commons area with BBQs that appeared to be operational.

I went to Futureball with some friends for a bachelor party. First impression: the place was a pain in the ass to find (the address listed is wrong). All together it was fun though. Its like call of duty but a little more realistic. If youve ever wondered what its like to go to war, prepare to be standing in the sun, with sweat dripping into your eyes while youre shot at, and you shoot at people who you hope are the enemy. They provide goggles, guns, and muzzle covers for rent, paintballs for a reasonable price, and compressed air for free. I lost my muzzle cover, and goggles, and even though there is a $5 and $10 dollar charge for a replacement, they waived the fee because of my puppy dog eyes. They have a variety of fields, cover, and themes, to make each round unique. I think they could do more to make the teams more obvious than a band around the arm. All in all, if you have a group of friends you want to shoot, Futureball is the place to go.
