Very disappointed..I came to make an exchange which I was made believe was a hassle for an associate because I purchased the item at a different sephora location. There was no clients in the store so I didnt understand the attitude. Afterwards I asked for a sample and was told they dont do samples. As a long term client of sephora I never had an issue with receiving a color sample of a foundation. Let me note that an afircan-american lady before me received all the samples she needed. I suspect a racial bias against me..Whatever went wrong, i had a very unpleasant experience. I dont recommend bringing your business there.

After the horrible experience at Ulta, the gals here were balm to my shaken soul. The staff is awesome, very gracious and extremely helpful. The shelves are not as stocked as they could be, but the gals are extremely busy, so its understandable. I will absolutely return, I had a great time and was able to stock up on all of my essentials, plus I received a lot of samples and cashed in my beauty points. The staff at Ulta on John R could learn a thing or two from the staff at Sephora. Professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke, they charge more for touch ups then they did to go from brunette to blonde. The girl didnt even tell us until after the appointment. It was 120$ the first visit to go from brunette to blonde and cost 175$ the 2nd visit to have it touched up! That makes absolutely no sense. The girl was nasty about it when we got upset so we decided not to make any more appointments. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
