Some interesting merchandise, but everything is overpriced. I purchased a membership online to get a discount on several hard-to-find items. Two months later, my order was cancelled since those items apparently werent in-stock as they had claimed. When I tried to get a refund for my (now useless) membership, they just said "no" since it was past 30 days. I sure am feeling scammed by this company!

Very nice staff. Wide selection of reading material. Coffee shop a little pricey but very good . Only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because its just not the same as it used to be when it was Borders

Great book selection .If they dont have a particular book they can order it if its available. Relax in the coffee shop and read a book or magazine. Wheel chair accessible , and friendly staff

Great atmosphere, lots of book types. Large Manga section, but comic section is a bit small. Childrens section is put together nicely. This is one of my favorite places to buy gifts.
