Brilliant Books was immensely appealing on both and interior and exterior level. The books were well and clearly displayed, allowing store patrons to browse as they please. However, when I took a picture of a book I intended to buy, as well as other bookstore items, I was accosted by a rude British man who supposedly felt the need to school me about purchasing the books. Not only was the confrontation completely unnecessary, but this store lost my business and is not likely to have it ever again.

Caution to thoes that order online Via Amazon! Placed my order June 25th. Claims to have shipped the next day with no tracking information. My order status says it will arrive between July 3 - July 22. Michigan to New Jersey 3 weeks?? Somethings very sketchy... Wont return my email and lately has a string of poor reviews regarding packaging and shipping. Buyer beware!!!

I get a monthly delivery of a book based on MY criteria/liked......I Love getting the package each month....this subscription is one of my all-time favorite gifts! The have only sent one book that I did not want to read and the replacement of that book was fast and easy!
