Casey did a phenomenal job on all of our flowers and throughout the whole wedding planning process. From the first consultation, I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew I’d chosen the right place. I’ll admit – I’m no flower expert and am lucky if I know the names of things beyond a rose or daisy. But she patiently walked me through options based on price and pictures I had picked out. She also wasn’t pushy at all and even encouraged cutting back on some things when I mentioned how I wanted to go simpler on our decorations and my bridesmaids’ bouquets and save money. Then our wedding day arrived and to see the phenomenal work she did on my bouquet and our church altar pieces, I was blown away and absolutely in love. She took my wish list pictures to the next level and they went absolutely perfectly with my theme! My only wish is that we didn’t leave for our honeymoon right away or that I preserved the flowers in order to enjoy them longer. I would recommend Viviano’s to any future couple – you won’t be disappointed with your experience!

I used Vivano for my wedding and was very impressed with the service (Marena) until the day of the wedding. They had used artificial flowers in the mother corsages and the flower girl bouquet when I paid for real flowers (add I paid extra to have this specific flowers)! The gerber daisies that were used in the centerpieces had been specified to have a black center (to match bridesmaid bouquets) and they ended up using the ones with the green center. They also used different sized vases on all the tall centerpieces which prevented the ribbon fitting the bottom of the vase. Although I left two phone numbers if something like this were to come up, they never called and just made the decisions on their own. Overall, if you have specific vision in mind and dont want to be disappointed on you wedding day, I would not recommend them. I know how disappointed I was and I would hate for another bride to feel the same.

I was referred to Vivianos by my sister,who used them for her wedding four years ago. What a great memorable experience! Rose helped us choose our flowers for our wedding next June and she made it very fun, easy and enjoyable! I brought in some inspiration photos and Rose brought the photos to life! Rose was very knowledgeable and really had a great grasp on the look we are going for. We did not make our budget known until we were well underway with making our choices; we were pleasantly surprised when our quote was only off by a couple hundred dollars. My fiancé and I were willing to go a over budget but if we werent, we are certain that Rose would have gotten us where we wanted to be. We have been very lucky with having great experiences with the vendors we ultimately are choosing! We are excited to have Vivianos join our wedding team! Thanks, Rose!!

I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral and when they arrived they were wilted and the main centerpiece flower was torn in two places. I went to Vivianos with pictures and they said once they drop flowers off they have no control over what happens to them...give me a break. I told them all the other arrangements were perfect (believe me I checked). They said maybe it was too "hot" at the funeral home, excuses, excuses. The girl was rude and said she was authorized to offer me 25% off my next purchase, of course there will not be a next purchase, so I said no and that I just wanted them to know their arrangement was the worst and I would not be doing business with them again. For being such a big name in the city, I was totally disappointed and they could care less, just made excuses. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, Horrible customer service.

This is the absolute WORST florist Ive ever used! I ordered an expensive arrangement for delivery and they got it all wrong. When I called them they asked me to send pictures of the arrangement to prove the mistake, and I did. Their response? They basically told me that even though they screwed up, they gave me other nice flowers, so that was it! And sent me on my way. No intention of correcting their mistake. They also gave me the run around with their ill-trained customer service/in-store managers. HORRIBLE flower arrangement and even worse customer service. Please save your money and go somewhere else where your money/patronage is valued!!!

Vivianos delivered a vigorous and lovely sympathy Eden Flowering Garden basket from my family. I used their helpful website to select and order the plant. They delivered the order the next morning and notified me by email. The prices were fair compared with 2 other nearby flower shops. They had products that were high quality. Also, I really liked that they have products that fit our needs. The Eden Flowering Garden basket was close to the plant they showed online, but I think it had fewer blooming flowers than the picture. Thats my engineer quibble, I and my family were very pleased with the plant basket.

Put in an order for flowers, the lady on the 1800 number told me the available pick up times 8am-12pm, I agreed to 8am, show up at the store, which was closed with a sign that said open 9am-12pm, I called the 1800 number and the lady that answered just wanted to argue and told me that ALL the stores open 10am-2pm. Very unorganized business, there are better options for better price and quality. Employees should be all on the same page, when customers come to you business for holiday occasions.

After FTD screwed up a delivery to my Mother for her Birthday, I called Vivianos. Mary helped me with a beautiful arrangement, even substituting changes and delivered to my Mother within 4 hours. They even sent me a photo of the completed arrangement before it went to her and it was less expensive than the FTD order. Fabulous customer service and a beautiful product! I am in Texas, and they will get all my orders for my friends and family in Michigan from now on. Thanks Viviano Flower Shop!

I shop at Vivano Flower Shop all the time. I dont live in the area of one, but when I visit my mother in SCH, we order flowers from them. I also have gone online to order their flowers. They are very pleasant people to work with. We have had so much pleasure from their flower arrangements. The store is very appealing and fun to shop in. I would recommend them to everyone!

Had difficulty finding a flower shop to deliver on Sunday (I would think Sundays would be a banner day for flower shops). Finally found Viviano and they came through with flying colors. Great price compared to their competitors, the recipient was happy and sent me a picture of the flowers (looked great) and the delivery was performed as promised.

Every single time I ordered flowers - for a Baptismal celebration, etc. I was extremely satisfied with everything - I found the staff great to work with - and the job was well done! I was surprised to see such negative comments in other reviews so it prompted me to speak up for VIVIANOS!
