Our family stopped in to order flowers for my father-in-laws funeral and what arrived at the funeral were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I have received flowers that look nothing like the pictures before from other vendors but these were even more beautiful than the pictures. They also accommodated some added flowers that we saw in the store without any problem. We ordered flowers for both the casket and the standing arrangement and my sister-in-law ordered the heart shaped arrangement. They couldnt have been more perfect. I wanted to do this review because as I stated before, I am generally disappointed when I order flowers because what arrives isnt anything like what I ordered. The person that took our order was very professional, friendly and showed concerned for our family. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

We had a sudden funeral over the 4th of July with only a few hours warning. I am in Springfield, but our shops couldnt do it in time or deliver. I called several shops in Columbus but no one could do the arrangement and deliver it the next day, the 4th. Totally understandable, but one of them suggested I call Connells. They were so helpful. Using what they had available on a long weekend, and a few suggestions as to colors, etc., they made a beautiful arrangement that looked like a more expensive arrangement than what we paid for. It was delivered on time, on a holiday! They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Paid 3 digits for a bouquet and they delivered it to the wrong address! Flipping amazing that this could be done when I put a specific address in and they delivered it 10 miles away. When I called to complain I got "would you like us to pick them up and redeliver?" No i want you to pick them up and feed them to a horse!?! Not even a discount or future coupon was offered for my troubles. I WILL NEVER use this place again. My bad for selecting them in the first place.

My dad called to order flowers for me for my birthday (and if you knew my dads situation you would know how precious this was) they took care of him and helped him with setting it all into place. I was so shocked when they came that I called in afterward to thank them. Such a sweet thing. Good people and good business still exist. Thank you, Connells and Margaret for being so sweet on the phone!

The arrangement was lovely and the price was excellent. When I went to pick up the order, the female manager of the store berated one of the employees in front of me. It was very embarrassing and completely uncalled for. For this reason, we will look elsewhere to purchase flowers and gifts.
