The story time on Saturdays 11:00 is a fabulous way to entertain children and introduce or enhance their love of books. The story teller is fabulous and appreciated. When I have my 4 year-old grandson on a Saturday, we attend; he chooses the front row and never takes his eyes off the book. After the story, the children may color prepared theme pictures (provided), and my grandson loves to bring those pictures home to Mom and Dad. Thank you for providing this service to the community. I hope through this effort more children may realize the value of books and storytelling time.

Got too Love any book store especially when they have a food bar and drink bar so you can sit and relax and read your books. They also have collectors items and toys from your favorite book characters superheroes and TV shows. This is a picture of some of the stuff me and my wife got my kids from the store for Easter. We also make sure we always get them a gift card to so that way they can go and pick out what they want, the kids love it they love going around the store in finding what they want.

Ive been going here for five years, and its almost like a second home. I cant make it there as much as I used to, but for a lover of books its a wonderful place. I could hang out there all day. They used to have a circle of comfy chairs where people could read, and they should bring that back lol. When I walk in their today, the simple smells and even the sound of the blender has a lot of nostalgia for me now, and if it ever closes, I will miss it dearly.

The layout of this store is very scattered compared to other Barnes & Nobles Ive been to. Mainly the cafe in the middle of the store seems to disrupt the whole flow. This store is typically extremely busy given its proximity to the Lakeside/Partridge Creek shopping areas, as such the staff typically seems to be in a rush and somewhat annoyed if you ask for help. I would definitely try a different Barnes & Noble first.

My daughter and I received outstanding customer service! The lady at the customer service desk on 8/26/16 @ 9AM was friendly and helped us look what we were asking her about! She did not seem to be in a rush and took care of our needs. A very nice gentlemen gave us excellent service at the Starbucks that is located inside the store! The cashier was pleasant as well!

Prefer not going to this location. Its not very well kept, theres always books in the wrong spot and theyre un-organized, some books are damaged and left on the shelf full price. Not to mention there are always bugs flying around the store, and they bite! Employees arent very helpful and seem not to know much about the products.

When my husband and I were checking out with 5 books cashier asked if we were interested in buying discount card. I said "no thank you " and when my husband went to pay she said " I dont know why I was even talking to you since youre not paying!" How rude!! Will be purchasing online or in Rochester!

I often come to browse and see whats the latest and greatest. I dont interact with the staff much, but when I do, theyre always polite and helpful. Love to work on my projects in their cafe; its quiet and peaceful and makes me more productive than anywhere else.

A true sanctuary. The perfect place to be at ease. Great selection of books, games and more. Their bargin prices are quite fair. There is a Starbucks located right in the center. There is nothing like the smell of books while reading a novel in a quiet place.

There is a large variety of books for children of all ages and activity kits. Children can hang out on the kids benches and read or play on the small stage. B&N has new books here for teens as well as numerous subjects for adults to choose from.

Any book you want you can buy here and if you buy a book their is seating Also there is a Starbucks so if you get hungry or thirsty while reading your book you can get food or a nice Hot or cold drink
