I enjoy their food but this location is terrible. Almost every time we dine here there is a problem. The first time, my wifes food came out 5 mins after everyone elses and the pancakes were not cooked in the center. The manager removed her order from the bill and she decided not to order anything else. The second time, I was told I could not order an additional "egg-in-basket" with my breakfast. By the time we received our food, which was after a 30 min wait, the eggs were under cooked and my sons scrambled eggs were slimy. We waited for ten minutes to tell our waitress, who was less than receptive. When we finally spoke to a manager he agreed to comp half the bill. The most recent time, we had the least amount of problems. I think the best way to describe this visit is the minimum requirement for me not to complain. I have to say I was not real happy with the bill. If I am going to pay a premium price I would like a premium product. Bottom line if you want Cracker Barrel food go up north. P.S. The picture is our table on the last visit. No clearing of the dishes.

I love their food and go there a lot, but this specific Cracker Barrel has terrible customer service. Our first waitress got our drinks and then asked if we were ready to order right away. We asked for more time, and she walked away to have another guy who seemed very impatient instantly appeared and asked the same question again. Our order once completed was missing multiple parts and had to be fixed. We waited for drinks to be refilled and finally had to ask the server who was over to checkup on us, for refills. After he dropped off the drinks he gave the check right away and he hadnt seen him again. We wanted to order two items to go, and after sitting for 15 more minutes flagged over another waitress to add on. She was able to get out waitress who reappeared and added on, while almost ripping the original receipt from my fathers hands. I would never recommend this specific place to anyone else. Other reviews show similar bad customer service, and I would definitely agree.

Terrible service and terrible food. Waitress tried to get us out as quick as possible, literally asked us 3 times in 5 minutes if we were ready to order to eat, and the first time was before she even asked what we wanted to drink. Then we paid 2.20 for one cup of coffee, literally asked twice to be brought another cup and nothing ever came. My sunny side up eggs were raw, luckily they took those off my bill after I complained, but those should of never left the kitchen. They manager was upset about that and took them back to show the cooks, thank god so hopefully that doesnt happen again. My boyfriends sunny side up eggs were over cooked which is way better than raw food but still not good. Just overall bad experience. Were sad too because going as a kid it was amazing and we havent had it in forever thought well try a new place instead of the pancake house that we go every week. Big mistake

Food was good however the service was subpar. The waiter was a bit incompetent, not offering minor things to us like napkins, or condiments we had to ask for these things. And then we ordered a baked potato, it came with butter and sour cream but no cheese, we asked for cheese and they tried to nickel and dime for cheese thats supposed to be complimentary to a baked potato! $1.19 for cheese?!!! Serving sizes on plates was mediocre, this is America we eat good here. Paid 10.00 for a grilled chicken sandwich with a handful of fries... absolutely terrible. We let the waiter know about these grievances and she basically tried to upselled us but no matter we wont be back, I feel like she shouldve went back there and got us what we demanded for free. For my first experience at Cracker Barrel, highly disappointed.

The only reason they got any stars is because of our waitress April. I ordered dumplings they were out, order meatloaf they were out. Then I ordered roast they were out. Mind you took the cooks 15 mins each time to inform the waitress of this. So I had to eat chicken tenders loins. This was all at 7:45 pm when we placed our order. The only reason we didnt leave is because my wife wanted it so so bad. It was our pre Anniversary date. Been married 20 yrs. They did come out meal after the manager found out they didnt have any gold cards to come out next meal. I was not happy except for the waitress who made sure she did her best. And yes we gave her a heafty tip for her efforts. But one thing I know we wont be back till they get it right. By they way I wonder what else they were out of

Second time in a month weve been there and service was slow. The first time we thought ok just busy .. this time we went back and it was not busy. We were told that the kitchen was backed up. The waiter was nice, gave us refills and biscuits and kept apologizing about the kitchen . People walked out at the table behind us. When we got our food finally and it was cold and had a fried apple IN the gravy bowl , that was enough for me. Maybe they need to hire some kitchen help. As for the manager , we asked several times but I think we were number 5 in line and got tired of waiting for her as well. Terrible experience .. if you want Cracker Barrel just try a different location .

Been here a number of times but my last visit was not as good as the others. Some of my items tasted old like its been sitting out for awhile. The okra tasted old and my hashbrown casserole was not as good as normal. Thats usually the best thing on the menu. I order the sampler and though the main protein were okay (meatloaf, chix & dumplings and ham) there was flaws with them as well. With the meatloaf it was crumbly even before i put my fork in it. The grits were flavorless. Biscuits are always good especially with apple butter. This was the first time i was not satisfied with a meal here as its normally great. Service was fine and my waitress was attentive.

10 minute wait just to be greeted at our table. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Had to ask multiple times for one refill on my iced tea. Finally another waitress got it for me. Fiance paid extra for a sweet potato, but then when we got our food, they said they had no sweet potatoes. Fiance then asked for corn, took another 10 mins to get the corn. We had to ask for biscuits and cornbread, but then we were told that, "if we have any.". Really!? We finally got 3 cornbread, after they were "found in the back.". My fiance needed a steak knife and they didnt have any. The waitress had to personally wash a knife for him. Worst visit ever!

Sadly though I love the cracker barrel chains food the service here is crappy. My first carryout they messed up and forgot half of my food so i was given a credit towards my next visit. I figured why not try it again. This time they remembered everything but did not disculude a topping I asked not to be put on and didnt bother to give silverware so I couldnt eat it anyways. Even after saying " I made sure everything was right for you this time" they also gave me a hard time about using the credit. I didnt even bother to call and complain this time. I have a feeling they would hold it against me so i just wont be back.
