This place is a joke. They have nothing better to do than playing games. They will promise kegs of beer and will sell to other people that didnt even order. They screwed us over at least five special parties like cinco de mayo and birthday parties. Just today my husband drove many miles to pick up Oberon because jack zetouna offered us two quarter barrels to pick up asap when my husband arrived he was told to come back monday because supposedly the sales rep is coming by everyday to make the beer does not leave the store like he has nothing better to do. Jack let my husband drive there for nothing. He is the one that called us why did he not call back if he was unable to sell yet. That is how terrible their customer service is a big zero. I would never order keg beer from this for you may have rush around the day of your party to substitute whatever you can find. Never had this problem at Red Wagon they are very professional there. Also last time I picked up a five gallon keg they let me carry out myself did not even offer me a dolly. Wow really? I weigh 110 pounds nice job good way to lose customers. Also rough crowd that comes there to cash checks not very safe.

Best selection in town! Seriously; the prices are better than upscale or premium groceries that carry maybe a quarter of what Zetuona carries. If they dont have the super rare item youre looking for, they will get it or help you find it. One of the operators, Jack, knows beer, wine, and liquor! A true professional and, dare I say, conisseur. Everyone there is passionate about what they do and will maker sure you leave happy. Ive never been disappointed by a purchase of anything suggested to me by the staff; they really know what they are doing and truly take the guesswork out of buying a good product. And no, Im not a paid spokesman, just a guy who loves _good_ beer, wine and spirits and is glad he found a shop he can trust to help his grow his appreciation for the finer things. THANKS, Zetouna!

Like others have notes, this shop has a really good beer selection and a solid wine selection. What I noticed, however, was the amazing high-end liquor selection. If youre interested in craft bourbon, gin, or other liquors, this is the place you should check first. Its also worth noting that they maintain a well-stocked humidor for the cigar smokers out there. The owner has always been helpful to me, and my only disappointment was that he wasnt able to find a particular bottle of wine I was looking for.

This is absolutely the best liquor store in Michigan. If they do not have it Jack the owner will find it for you and he will find it for you quickly. He is also the most knowledgeable purveyor of liquor Goods that I have ever met in my entire existence and I am an absolutely Stellar drunk. JACK IS AWESOME!!!!!!!! I am not a beer person. I like the standards Miller lite and Bud like anybody else. For my father in laws b-day Jack assisted me in picking out a customized 6 pack. Jack took the time with customers in the store to make sure that the 6 pack would be perfect ... AND IT WAS father in law now has a new favorite beer store Large selection and staff that is superb and knows the business!

Great store! They know your name when you visit. Jack will go out of his way to order any thing you need. He also gives you a great price on a case of wine. He really knows his stuff. The lady that had a bad experience, must but be talking about a different store? Hard to believe her review.
