The staff was "super nice" but not really kind. At one point, the lady (Christina) helping me asked me "Am I even employed" when trying to get my insurance info and at that point I made the decision that Id only be returning if they had the perfect fit no other store had. None of them in the store really focused on me and you while they kept interrupting me to ask if I needed anything, none of them were honestly very helpful. Once I saw there were 3 other eyeglass stores in the area, I bolted. They dont carry any of the decent frames like Burberry/Ray Bans so they should at the least be kinder instead of acting like Manhattan fitting room divas.

I bought a pair of glasses from Vision Works and they were the worst pair of glasses I have ever bought. The quality of the frames and lenses are so under expectation from the amount I paid for them that this year I decided to get lasik.
