Usually has been great, but my last visit, I asked for assistance with an item. The associate QUICKLY pulled an item off the shelf & went out the door to put it on the car. But it wasnt the proper part. When I voiced objection to the mismatched part, the associate got huffy & impatient with me. So, I went directly to the Sherman/Henry store, where they heard my specific question & assisted me with the actual correct parts, the first time... on two separate occasions. Apples capabilities & product knowledge have become inferior to Sherman/Henry.

Bought brake calipers gave clerk my auto zone card for discount he didnt know how to ring it up I told him to cancell sale he did then re rung up merchandise how ever with cancellation on sale when I brought in calipers for core charge the computer said I had gotten it all ready and that I would have to come back another day to speak with the store manager I live 35 miles away Im not going to drive back again to see a store manager when they wont give you theyre skedule its the last time I shop at auto zone !!!

There was only two employees working at the time I stopped in. One being a female, maybe in her early twenties, and the other a young man fresh out of high school. Not that age or sex matters, but BOTH of them were not knowledgeable about anything that I asked about.

I went in looking for a couple of things. The lady showed me an area where I might find what I was looking for and walked away. She didnt bother to help me because she was to concerned about getting back to the conversation she was having when I walked in.

Went in for 3 things, came out with nothing, not by choice, but because the guy helping me kept telling me that "you dont need that" and "just because you bought a new car, you dont need to update everything". So I left and went across the street.
