Fairly ok mall. They have only 1 food court selection: Subway. A few other eateries around, but not in the food court. The place has kinda gone downhill but they have stores like the M Den if you like to pay $50 for a T-shirt that says U of M. I think they need to fix the food court first. A few minor other things, but having like 5 places just go under gives you no choice now. They remodeled a few things, primarily the floor. They redid it, but Im not sure why it needed to be done. Surely there are more important things to fix. They took out the projector thing near Von Maur that all the kids loved chasing. You could step on this area and it would respond which was neat. Admittedly they have a big play area there now which is ok. Being an adult I kinda liked the projector thing, but its whatever. One of the stores that is an anchor, Carsons, has certain times of the year where they have charities come in and setup at the doors. Basically they have puppies, guinea pigs and other cute animals to pet or see. That is reason enough to visit them if you are in the mall on the weekend during that time. Dont tell me you can pass by a puppy and not stop to pet it. I think they need to improve a few things, but overall an ok mall.

I love all the shops theres always new sales and different stores and kiosks to explore. On top of having a great selection they are clean and have very well kept bathrooms. Kid friendly sinks and toilets just for them. So mommy or daddy can go and so can the little tikes on their own sized toilet! I love the movie theater across from the mall too. Its so convenient watching a good movie and then doing some shopping or eating in the food court. Or shopping and eating while you wait for your movie time to roll around!

Really good place to hold functions/get togethers/ parties. They work with various food caterers in greater Detroit area. Their prefered caterer list includes many traditional and ethnic restaurants. They even have great pocket friendly recommendation for decorations and auxiliary arangements. They also provide a very sophisticated host services during the function. In and all, it is a great place to hold a function /party without compromising personal taste and wallet.

Is beautiful little mall. If you dont like big crowds, is the perfect place. Is a few restaurants there, a Coney Island, Olgas, California Pizzeria and Bar Louis; the court food have just a Subway there, and also there is a Coffe and a Tea restaurants. Stores in the mall that you dont find around are Carsons, Bon Maur, H&M, Victoria Secret, Express, kids stores, and others. If you want to walk in winter time is ideal :)

Laurel Park Place is an older mall, and definitely very forgetful. The variety of the stores have somewhat improved in recent years, but there are still some vacancies. The good thing about it, its never "too busy", so it makes shopping a lot faster and easier as majority of the stores are located along main corridor. Anchor department stores are more upscale and those are their only locations on this side of town.

Avoid. If at all possible avoid. If you can go to Twelve Oaks instead. Von Maur, is an overpriced stuffy wanna be Nordstroms and Bon Ton is a wanna be Macys with terrible management. The upside is that the clothing in BonTon is a little different than what your find at a Macys so if you want unique clothing go here, and their evening gown selection is wonderful. Other than that, go to Twelve Oaks.

Took my son to visit Santa. Hes right at the age where hes starting to question. He was so excited to go. This Santa was rude to him, kept cutting him off when hed try to ask him about anything other than toys and told him "I dont care about that". Thanks to your grumpy old man Im dodging questions about whether Santa is real, because hes right, Santa wouldnt treat a kid like that. Way to go.

Pretty and small mall in an office area in Livonia, Michigan. It has a decent collection of shops in all categories - apparels, food, cosmetics, massage center, and beauty salons. in fact, it also has Phoenix theater right next to it. I find this mall (and theater) very convenient as its near my office and I can go here for a quick break or after work for some shopping or watching a movie.

There are a lot of different businesses to seek out at Laurel Park Place. While many of them sell similar goods (i.e. clothing), each one has its own appeal by way of how each tenant aims to market its services to people. Many of the stores I went into had staff waiting to greet you and/or ask if I needed any help (the best service of this kind was at Finish Line, which sells shoes).

Good shopping mall Has bad Louie, a com Mayer and a Carsons. Also, an Amazon drop box names anatole. The Marriott which is attached is good and has an e silent restrai my from one of Detroits longest running restaurateurs named Lorraine. She is famous for comfort foods, especially mac and cheese, like loobster mac. They have an excellent bar that fills up with the. Business crowd.

I hadnt been here in over 20 yrs. Im trying to remember where I use to shop when I did come. Clearly it was a waste of time for me to revisit. There is not a good selection of stores. Idk wth ppl are buying in there. Twelve Oaks is so much better hands down. If this is suppose to be an upscale "mall". One would assume they would have more than 2 "upscale" dept stores.

Great selection of stores and few restaurants. No longer a food court, but still places to eat. Not reliable WiFi and a good cell phone signal is hard to come by - download coupons before shopping. Play area was relocated and is quite cramped, but isnt usually busy. Nice mall for walking. The special events (Craft shows, Bookstock, etc.) are amazing.

Nice mall, very small and very racist. Every store me and my fiancé went in they did not want to help and the treated us like we were going to be stealing. REALLY? ? I was carrying at Gucci purse worth more than they make in a month. I will never go back to this mall and would not recommend anyone that is black to visit this mall.

Nice quiet mall to shop. You have your two main stores Carsons and von Maur which are great stores. They have restaurants Olgas and California kitchen pizza and the movie theatre in there. Stores like h&m, pink, bath & body works, shoe depot, etc. I like going there when I want to just run in and out of the mall without the crowd

I just called this store to ask a question about ordering a bra and the young woman I spoke with was very unhelpful and condescending, as if I ought to know all of their store policies (thats why Im calling..). As I was thanking her for her (lack of) help, she hung up on me. I guess they dont want my special order after all.

This is a nice well maintained mall. What hurts this mall is lack of anchor stores. There are a few such as Victoria Secret, Bath and Body, HM and Von Mar but beyond that its several random sports memorabilia stores and other specialty shops. There are always shuttered businesses and new fly by night stores popping up.
