I called Gazelle to see if theyd take a phone order after trying Dunhams and MC Sports (who would not) and they were very happy to. Additionally, Josh went way above and beyond and offered to get the shoes to my son who was at soccer camp with blisters from his cleats! He tracked my son down and saved the day! Thanks for having such great service!

The manager was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased. They worked with me to get a better pair. This is something that wouldnt have happen at a larger, non-local store. This experience bought my business.
