The store manager was totally insulting in what he was offering for my sports equipment and the way he conducted himself. All my stuff was in excellent like new condition. He kept looking the items over and over looking for anything to drop the price. In the end he offered $40 for two high end tennis racquets that retailed for $89 and $199 new. I understand making a profit but he was ridiculous. I will never shop there and he missed an opportunity to resell some really nice sports equipment and make a good profit. Still shaking my head. All Along there sat a muddy pair of football cleats for sale for $15 that looked like they had been worn for two seasons. Buyers and sellers beware of this scam!!!

The manager here was quite disrespectful to a mom and her 10 year old daughter who were looking at ski boots. The mom was chatting to me about the differences in some of the ski boots and mentioned the prices of each. The manager overheard, butted in, and rudely asked, "Excuse me, is there a problem with the price?" Shocked at his forwardness, the mom decided not to buy the boots and left. I expected better customer service from the manager.

I bought a used Smith machine. The manager was great to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I had every piece of hardware. They helped me load it and were very friendly.

What a joke. Prices are double for used items compared to new items of similar quality from online vendors. Unhelpful staff. Its just a themed pawn shop.
