I love fanatic U. Ive came to this store a few times before and when my boyfriend and I ordered a jersey they said it would take a few days(which I was surprised because it was around the holidays) Its now 2 weeks and I still have yet gotten a phone call saying my order has arrived...I called today asking if it was ready to pick up because the lady in the store only said a few days... well the Lad on the phone told me "nobody told you a few days, we take 7-10 days always. I didnt like the rude tone she had on the phone. She didnt give me another time frame she just said we will call when its done. I wont shop at this store anymore because this is a customer service job and the customer service SUCKS!

Every time Im back home visiting my family we make a trip over to FanU. Id rate it 5 stars if the prices werent so high, but they do have unique items you cant find anywhere else (believe me, Ive looked) I will keep coming back when I am in town, but the could do better on prices.
