I have been picking up my mothers meds from here almost 3 years now and I have yet to get good service. My mom refuse to go anywhere else because this is the closer one to her house. I would call in her meds a day or two ahead and I still have to wait 45min to retrieve her meds. They are veryyyyyy slow and rude and I can no longer give my money to this rite aid. My mother will getting her meds else where because this is absolutely rediculous. I am unfuckingpleSed

Very unprofessional. There should be no reason why I walked through this entire store without anyone greeting me or seeing if I needed assistance. If that is not bad enough, the cold medicine I attempted to purchase for my sick daughter, was locked up behind this plastic barrier and needed an attendant to unlock it to get the medicine. That was not a big problem, except that it was unclear who actually worked at the store being that no one had on a uniform.

We go to Rite Aide maybe 3 times a week, the pharmacists are always so nice. Rite Aid always have some kind of deal or great mark downs for the week. I dont like to complain, but I will say some of the ladies that work at this location are not the friendliness but that may be because of personality conflict. They are there to do a job not to kiss anyones backside. However, the cashier, Bridget is ALWAYS ALWAYS nice and helpful.
