Initially went in to get a set of tires for winter, summer, and a spare set of wheels for the summer tires. Greg got me a good price and the initial work was done quickly. A week later, front passenger side tire is down 10lbs and the sensor trips. I take it back. Wheel corrosion. Fixed and back on the road in a day. Next day? Service TPMS comes on and stays on. Should be a simple fix, right? Nope. I was told to "take it to the dealer" Huh? Sure, there could be something wrong with the truck or both key fobs. However, arent you guys supposed to reprogram each wheel to begin with (like you have to with ALL GM vehicles since the sensors are position sensitive)? If that was done it wouldve shown the problem right away. My suspicion is since the original wheels went back on, they slapped them on without a reprogram and hoped for the best. If all you did was tires, you should be great at it. This was not my impression. Oh well. I was planning on taking it to my local dealer for another issue. Looks like theyll get my money when I swap my tires each season because Im not taking it to Discount Tire and wasting my time. 4/10/17 update: Went to the local Chevy dealer to put my all season/new wheels on. Wrong hub rings and TPM sensors were installed in the new wheels from day one. Discount Tire even admitted it. Discount Tire refunded me the money (eventually) that I had spent at the dealer but its yet another example of their poor workmanship. Im done giving them my money. Id rather go to the dealer and have it done right the first time around instead of going to discount FOUR TIMES since dropping over $2,500 there. IMHO, take your money somewhere else.

I will never go back to this location again. Bunch of young kids working here that dont care about other peoples vehicles. They scratched my rear bumpers paint job on my 04 dodge Ram while putting my spare tire back on under the truck, put a nice dent in my Motto aftermarket 20 inch rim from dropping it on the ground, I left the place with my chrome air valve caps completely gone (all 4) which I bought those aftermarket too. THEN they put some used rusty lug nuts on my truck which is NOT what I bought. I bought aftermarket Motto rim lug nuts. I noticed all this stuff when I got back to my house. I called the manager about my problems and he told me to come back up. I did and no one knew what happened to my new lug nuts and chrome air caps. He just said he was sorry and he put some black air valve caps on and different lug nuts. I will never return here again. I will drive the extra distance to another shop. I bought these Motto lug nuts on the internet because discount doesnt carry them. So its a total loss for me, I contacted the corporate office about this.

I bought Continental ExtremeContact 195/50R16 84W tires for my 2012 Fiat Sport last Saturday afternoon from this Discount Tires Stores, 31 Jan 15 because I had a last minute road trip to take and the tires on my car were original Pirelli and had 59k miles on them, so it was time to get new ones. I still had tread on my old tires, but the sidewalls were beginning to break down. Since last fall, I looked at different tires such as Pirelli, Continental, Michelin, and Hankook. Discount Tires was the only tire store that had anything in storage. The folks at this Discount Tire were very professional and never pushed me to buy anything. They also gave me a realistic time estimate for installing my new tires because it was very, very busy and I was lucky to get in that afternoon. These Continental ExtremeContract are worth every penny and the performance is outstanding. I got one size bigger for my car, the road noise has been cut substantially, a smoother ride, the road performance per the extreme contract is amazing, and my MPG has not been lessened.

My father is 92 years old. He recently went to this Discount Tire store to get a new set of tires. I could not go with him and was a little concerned. There was no need for concern. The people at the store were all very friendly and helpful. He was happy with the tires and way he was treated. The real test was later when he had a problem related to his locking wheel covers. Instead of trying to back away from the issue or telling him it would cost more to fix the problem, they took care of everything at no additional charge. The manager, Tracy Potter, personally took the time to make sure everything was right and my dad came away very happy. I can recommend this store because they were friendly and helpful, they stand by their work, and they treated my 92 year old father with respect.

They take priority over customers who are paying and treat customers getting a free patch like garbage. The guy John who is literally a secretary was talking poorly to everyone who complained about how its taking 2 hours to patch a tire, acting like his job is so hard while men are busting their butts outside in 90° weather while he sips on his cold coffee in a well airconditioned room. An eldery man told John he wants to cancel because hes been here for an hour and a half but John had to pull up the exact time he got here and told him its only been 61 minutes. Condescending secretary. Not to mention all the crap the secretaries were talking about customers in front of all the customers.

Make sure that when you leave you have all the lug nuts on your car. I had my tires balanced and rotated and a couple days later someone pointed out to me that one of my locking lug nuts was missing. I went back to the store, but they said that they didnt have it, because they usually throw anything left over like that out, and they burn through a lot of lug nuts. They did offer to pay for a new one if I can get a replacement through the dealer. It doesnt pay for the inconvenience, and it looks like Ill have to buy a whole new set of locking lug nuts. It would be better if they kept a lost and found for small items like a lug nut.

I had my tire replaced my discount tire a couple months ago. This weekend I had got a flat and had no way of changing my tire because they put 5 locking bolts on the wheel and had forgot to give me the key. Not only did they forget to give me the key but they also did not even tell me that they had done it. When I went to change my wheel they were not open, putting me out for the weekend. When I called to let them know what they had done, the manager gave me an extremely weak apology and offered nothing to make it better. Place is a joke and I believe they did it so I would have to come back for future services.

I took my personal truck in to have my wheels swapped after a weekend at the dunes and they told me that they would not put the wheels that I have had on my truck for over 1 yr on my truck because they did not have tps sensors on them, Even though they worked on them in the past, I guess they dont work on any older vehicles that never had tps sensors prior to the yr 2000. I would not recommend them the bad part is that I run a dealership down the street and they just lost all of my business that I send them monthly over a poor decision to try and upsell me tps sensors.
