I was up in bay city, stopped at the Starbucks there but didnt taste my drink until I was already on the road headed south. They made the wrong drink which was a disappointment. I stopped at this Starbucks and explained the situation and they made it right immediately without giving me any hassle, even though it wasnt their mistake. Major props, great customer service. Thanks Rob for the excellent hospitality and experience!

Quality Starbucks with a bar stool bench setup. Always friendly and never a bad tasting latte macchiato; great Baristas. The store manager for this location should be the gold standard for all Starbucks, you can tell he really cares about his customers and keeping the store in tip top shape. Now only if "corporate hq" would keep the A/C away from Antarctica like temps that would be awesome.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Never ever once have I got what I had intentions for ordering. Theyre always "out" so they must not prepare for the day and their supply and demand when it comes to customers. Very disappointed. Have always encountered friendly staff. But even when you do get your food there its always been disgusting.

Usually when I buy white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, they taste different from my first time drinking one, but this Starbucks tasted great and made it perfectly like the first time. It was good. My husband got a black tea, it was barely sweet At all though idk if thats how its supposed to taste though.. lol

My sister and I didnt know what we wanted. So a young man said if we didnt like it, he would remake it. My sister didnt like it, so he was glad to make a new one. Thanks birch run Starbucks! Shoutout to a young man with a brown Afro and an older guy who has black hair

Not to much comfortable seating. Clerk was a bit paranoid that the picture i was taking of my daughters and myself were actually a secret attempt to photograph him. I made a joke that his witness protection was still firmly in place. That didnt go over to well.

No matter when Ive stopped there, whether its a peak times or quiet evenings, Ive always gotten friendly and personalized service from extremely polite baristas. Theyve never flubbed my order, and theyve even introduced me to some new drinks.

Quick on/off of I-75; has a drive thru, and accepts orders through the Starbucks app. Place your order a couple of miles before you exit; go to the bathroom; and pick up your latte. Awesome!
