The only reason this isnt 1 star is because they refunded my money. This review is purely based on piercing experience. Not tattooing. I came here to get my septum pierced and and instead of piercing the "sweet spot" they pierced through the cartilage and its crooked. The young lady who did it put in the wrong jewelry. The jewelry was 2x the size it should be and was obnoxious. She said, "I guess I picked up the wrong one". An older guy stepped in and I had to sit through him taking that out and putting in the right one. Thinking that my piercing experience was a fluke I came back a month later with a friend who wanted her nose pierced. That same young lady did the piercing fine but didnt push the jewelry all the way through. The next day my friend had to go buy a new piece of jewelry and push it through on her own. I have 16 piercing and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.
