The younger people here are absolute morons. They literally take ten minutes to get your order at the drive through window when there arent even people in front of you. They are rude and they are just plain bad at their jobs. They also have zero critical thinking skills, so god forbid they get your order wrong the first time (although they will anyway) because they dont have the mental capacity to find and fix the error.

Its a crapshoot if youre going to get someone competent or not. Many here are nice and friendly. Some should never have a job in customer service. They had 5 people working this evening and the line still backed out the door and they couldnt get two food orders done in 10 minutes. All I needed were two slices of pizza heated. It never got done so I walked out.

NEW TO WEST BOYLSTON, FRONT OF WACHUSETT PLAZA. DAM GREAT SELF SERVE COFFEE MADE PROPER. THEY SHOULD PUT ONE OF THESE ON RTE 140 SOUTH IN WEST BOYLSTON OR BOYLSTON. THERE IS NOTHING UNTIL YOU GET UP PAST THE RESESVOIR AND RTE 70. PLUS THERE IS REALLY NO DRIVETHRU COFFEE ON SOUTH SIDE OF STERLING. ITS A LONG DRIVE WITHOUT GAS , COFFEE AND GREAT SELECTION.

Friendly staff and in my opinion some of the best coffee around. It can be a hassle making it yourself but they have a variety of coffee types and creamers to choose from as well as a flavor station with just about every kind of flavor coffee you can think of. Food is always hot and prepared fresh as you order it. And the price is always low

The young lady at the counter was slow but entertaining, scowling and doing intriguing hand flourishes; couldnt tell if she wanted me to put the money on the counter or in her knickers. But the store is really good. They have this touch screen food station, coffees alright and they have pretty nice pastries and sandwiches.

The morning shift manager is a complete moron! She sings out loud in the store making a complete fool of herself. She is also very rude to certain people. Not everyone, just certain people. I only go there because it is right near my house and i do love the coffee. It is way better than Dunkins!

Im from CT and came to this cumberland farm for first time.RAFI a employee who was in the kitchen made my 1st experience here a great one.He went above and beyond to help us out.I really look foward to coming again and i really recommend this Cumberland Farm.Thanks

I go here everyday and staff are friendly and nice I love their coffee its better than the DDs next door..... When I heard they had the Pumpkin Spice coffee I couldnt help but drink it everyday :-D Thanks yall for the best customer experience everyday ;-)

I find the store clean most of the time. Messy right after school lets out, because parents today are raising animals and not polite children. The staff do the best they can to keep everyone happy.

Self vending area was very dirty spills everywhere. Mostly empty stock also in self vending area. I will avoid this one in the future.
