This is the slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. The customer service was appalling! This was my first time in the Hamptons, everyone in the town was lovely except here. After waiting for literally 20 minutes, my mother accidentally picked up the wrong drink, when she told the barista and apologized, he very loudly told another employee that my mother stole the drink!! We already paid and the drink was smaller the one we paid for!! She even apologized to the customer whose drink it was who was fine and also irritated at the wait times. Because it was busy, I waited to call the manager who then made excuses for the barista. Then I escalated the issue to Starbucks who refunded my purchases and contacted the location. I dont plan on visiting this location again.

The bathrooms have push button sink handles, which is incredibly unsanitary. You have to hold the button down while you wash you hands, which makes it impossible to clean them correctly. You also end up using more water, since you cant wash your hands quickly and efficiently. The result is a much greater expenditure of water, which is terrible for the environment. Its ironic, since their wifi advertises how "environmentally friendly" starbucks is when you sign in. The decor and service is ok, but I was really too distracted by the sink handles to notice anything else.

The manager is.beyong unprofessional and extrey rude. She humiliated and embarrassed me in front of customers in a packed store stating I was not welcome because she didnt want my dogs in the store. She shouted at me to get out she wouldnt hand me my tea inside she told me to get out and she would hand it to me outside. Ill never set foot in Starbucks again. They need new management and customer service training. I was horrified by this experience.

Amazing that you can walk in when there are two guests and three employees and it still takes 10 minutes to get a coffee. Much prefer independent coffee shops
