On November 25 at 1 pm, I was waiting my car oil change at Harr. A gentleman from Harr handed a Panera bread menu-coupon to me and said I could choose 1 item free of charge (paid by Harr). I walked to Panera bread store with the menu-coupon. The menu-coupon was taken away and my order was accepted. A minute later, the manager came and said “we don’t take these menu-coupons anymore”. I said fine, I will pay cash with my own money which I did. She went ahead to verify thoroughly the $20 bill I gave her to make sure it was not a fake bill. I then asked that my menu-coupon be returned to me since it was not accepted. The manager said “NO” in a tone seeming to suggest that I stole the menu-coupon. The manager made me feel like black people are Not welcome.

during the week is better service than on fridays and weekends. if u want boxes of coffee make sure u call ahead by a FULL HOUR they had me waiting one time for 45 minutes. food is somewhat consistent although they run out of things randomly... so always have a backup order in mind. if u have a food issue or dietary restriction make sure to explicitly ASK about ingredients. one time i asked for a Cobb salad with no meat and i got it with no chicken but it had bacon on it.... Staff can be slow sometimes for no apparent reason. however many staff are friendly and professional it can be hit or miss.

This restaurant doesnt take phone orders. You can only place an order online. Too bad if youre driving or dont like paying for food with plastic on a website. But feel free to come into the cafe (which has literal trash covering the floors), spend your entire night waiting for a half sandwich and get treated like complete garbage by the less than friendly employees!!! Be sure to check your order when you do get it. Rarely correct. My turkey sandwich on sour dough arrived on wheat with nothing but lettuce on it. Good luck.

Normally I love the service here. We pass this location on our way north to work every day so we sometimes order via the app and pick up on the way. Today our order was not in the pickup location. Nobody seemed to even notice that I was standing there. I had to get in a register line to ask about my order and the employee seemed annoyed that I was taking her away from the bakery. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order so my lattes were cold. A little disappointed...

not a good visit; my sons Mac and cheese was cold, there was a piece of a glove in it, the broccoli cheddar soup was cold, the Fantaga chicken was also cold. we didnt receive our cookie we ordered with the meals unless we went up and asked for it. the soda machine was out of syrup. the lady at the register didnt give me my cup for my soda unless I asked. I dont understand why this place lacks customer service, and food safety! we will not return to this location.

Very disappointed with General Manager Aaron. Went there last week for an interview for barista/cashier position and felt very discriminated about my age. Im 59 years old and a very active person. Throughout the interview he had asked me why I havent applied at CVS instead. Left this establishment very upset and will never work for a company that has no respect for older people.

Not what I expect from panera! The associate assumed I only wanted to order one item and was very rude and seemed put out when I asked to order another sandwich. My sandwiches were just thrown together with no care at all and one was on the wrong bread. Just another fast food joint I guess!

Staff members do not conduct themselves professionally. They basically held a meeting in the middle of the restaurant, gossiping about other employees and being very loud. I was trying to study for a Final Exam and i couldnt concentrate because they were being so loud. Not pleased.

Staff is very short of patience. They expect you to know the whole menu before you reach the counter. When it was time to get my food, the preparer push my food towards me as if I were a waitress in "mels dinner". She might as well had just pushed it over the counter

Panera makes some good food. This one is cheap on the meat. Its better than some of the other places but truthfully Id swing by subway and order a deluxe sandwich most of the time. I went to Panera 4 times a week when I live in Manchester Ct. This one is just so so.

They look at black peuple as if you got lost and stumbled into the restaurant !!!This needs to be checked immediately because the next time Im made to feel like that ,Ill gather 20 of my black friends n we will swarm the place and really make them uncomfortable

Great location, place is packed no matter how long you wait to take your lunch break, 2:30, 3:30 doesnt matter will be a line, but a quick turnaround to grab a sandwich. Much healthier alternative to fast food!

I am from Long Island so bagels are anot important breakfast option. I love Panera bagels a lot. That speaks volumes about their quality. Last visit to Long Island I chose Panera over the native bagels!

If you order online theres a 1 in 10 chance your food will actually be there for pick up. Staff gets very confused when you ask about the order. Avoid this location if at all possible.

The sandwiches are delicious and the salads are fresh. The inside feels clean. Only problem is it is only accessible from o e direction due to Gold Star Boulevard.

This place is seriously dirty. My spoon and plate had barely been cleaned! There is dirt on the floor and carpets. Disgusting! Im definitely not coming back.

Chicken noodle soup bread bowl.... got 6 noodles and 2 peices of chicken. An hour wait, not a happy camper. I love panera but this store needs work
