I get promotional emails from CVS almost every day. Today I tried to use a $6 off $30 purchase coupon. I entered the coupon through my email which sent the coupon to my CVS card claiming it was ready to use. At the register I was purchasing about $80 worth of items. The coupon didnt show up on my card and did not deduct the six dollars from my purchase. The clerk said she could not enter the coupon manually and there was nothing she could do about it. I dont understand why CVS floods my inbox with promotional emails and when I finally try to use one it doesnt work and theres nothing anyone can do about it.

I went to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacist Marwa asked for my name. I began to spell my last (which people constantly ask me to do), and she began rolling her eyes and laughing, then couldnt wait to rush off and giggle to a coworker. I heard her use my name in her conversation, then say "yeah, I do this for a living..." and they both rolled their eyes. Im not sure what sort of etiquette I violated here, but I was regarded poorly enough that I wont be taking my business to this CVS anymore.

If going in for passport photo beware, the store photographer is not professional. Pay attention to the details like brightness and sizing if you dont want to waste money. Youll be better off taking the photo yourself using photo apps!
