24 hour pharmacy right up the street, as opposed to the Walgreens that closes around 8pm. Wonderful! We switched to CVS because of this and the fact that our prescription drug coverage is now under CVS Caremark so it seemed like an easier deal all the way around. Boy oh boy did we get schooled... We took our new Caremark coverage to CVS to pick up my sons prescription, they said it didnt cover him because it was under my name... wonderful. So we had to use my AAA card to get any sort of discount. I went back and spoke to my benefits office and they said that CVS should have been able to easily process this because my son was on our coverage. They gave me my wife and sons individual numbers to take back to the pharmacy. That did us no better... We wait for 20 minutes at the drive through line while the pharmacist tried to figure out our card. Finally, he came back to the window in a rather gruff voice like he had just done us some kind of favor said that hed just gotten off the phone with the insurance, that the card was the same as the AAA discount and so we were already in the system. This made no sense at all. They couldnt put us in the system last time, we tried that! So we asked how much the prescription would be... $200 they said. Yeah, I dont think so. That same prescription was $20 when we were under Medco. There is no way the coverage under caremark is THAT bad. We came home, I checked again with my benefits office, and logged into the caremark website... What a surprise. With our card, the prescription is $20 at CVS and $10 at Walgreens. Now I dont know if this was incompetence, negligence, or if they were seriously trying to rip us off, (Usually Ill give people the benefit of the doubt, but given the pharmicists attitude...) but frankly I dont care. Ten to twenty times the actual price is a pretty ridiculous mistake to make. Needless to say, were going back to Walgreens, weve had enough.

I stopped using cvs in 2014 due to being spoken rudely to by an employee in the Webster cvs... So I give them another chance on the evening of Tues March 1st around 9:45pm, and had one of the rudest pharmacists EVER!!!!! instead of helping me...... he caused me to feel like I had done something wrong!!!!! Questioning me about my medications....... telling me I was taking my medication improperly!!!! I do not like anyone insinuating that I am doing wrong.... when they have no idea what they are talking about..... Needless to say my medication had run out 2 days prior to this....... now 3 days without my medication, and have NO transportation to go elsewhere to get it...... I am disgusted with that pharmacy for making me feel like ive done something wrong.... NO stars from me.......... and I will never use cvs again!!!!

I have been going to CVS and using their pharmacy for many years. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Today, however, I found the pharmacist very rude. I went to get blood pressure medication at about 5:30 PM but the prescription had not been placed yet. I asked the pharmacist if I could get two pills to hold me over till I could call my doctor Monday. (You are supposed to take them every day ... which a pharmacist should know.) She said "No." I said that I will take my business to Walgreens. She simply said "Go ahead." Well, guess what. Walgreens it is for myself and my family and anyone else who will listen.

Every month I need to go there to pick up my prenatal vitamins. Every month I have the same issues, "not ready", "out of stock", "cant find your name"... but its okay. But today an attendant called Toria was rude and mean, since the begining when I was giving my name - all my answers to match the info were replied with something rude from her. She made it look like I was trying to get someone elses PRENATAL VITAMINS. Usually the cashiers in the check-out are awesome people. But in the pharmacy, I cant say the same. Specially after today.

disgusting!!! they accuse you and assume that youre stealing because of your race. because youre colored or spanish they follow you around and ask you to never come back and their excuse is "you tried to steal". horrible place to shop!! the customers DO NOT matter!! CVS in Marlborough is completely racist! not only did i have an incident but my african american friends could tell you the same!

extremely rude, was calling from a dental office and was put on hold for a lengthy time and kept being hung up on, when I eventually spoke with a pharmacy technician, she was very unprofessional and short with me. not happy with the service that I received, will now do business with WALGREENS ONLY

Their phone number to call in refills never eorks. They never have enough staff, and I always wait in line got a minimum of 15 min every tIm I pick up.
