Harassed/intimidated by store assistant mgr. Reported to regional mgr, who said he investigated the incident, but that it was against company policy to tell me what the outcome was. I asked if I could at least feel safe to return to that store, he couldnt tell me that either, but that we could escalate to HR. There are no listed numbers for HR, and if youre lucky enough to get an actual human, they all say they dont know how to reach that department. Just called that store, and the asst. mgr. In question, is there tonight. (So much for feeling safe). Next stop, Atty. Generals Office, Office for ADA, and the Local media. Totally disgusted.

I love that the management at this location hires a wide range of people, from disabled to mentally challenged, teenagers to elderly. For this reason, I do the majority of my shopping here, even though the prices are a bit higher than Market Basket. I put four stars, because as of late, there isnt enough staff on the registers. James in the fish market is wonderful, and Elizabeth in the pharmacy is personable and helpful.

ORDER MORE BACON!!!! WTF?! OSCAR MYERS THICK CUT APPLEWOOD. PLEASE. IM THERE EVERY DAY AND YOU GUYS HAVE IT FOR A DAY.... BACK ORDER IT. ARE YOU GUYS HIRING MEAT DEPARTMENT MANAGERS OR WHO DO I TALK TOO? I HATE THAT YOURE THE ONLY SUPERMARKET AROUND ME. CANT WAIT FOR WEGMANS TO OPEN. SUNDAYS ARE A TRAINWREAK. I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE THINGS TO COME AND SHOP. LEARN HOW TO MANAGE A STORE.

As my mother and I were checking out this young man asked us to move as we were in his way and when my mother said we could not due to that fact that another man was in front of us this other worker, named Matt gave us a dirty look and rolled his eyes. He is very unprofessional and should be approached about this. Thanks! Cassie

Website says they open at 6 am, got up early to beat the crowd on Sunday..... Doesnt open til 7......fix your website its 2015, maybe put the hours on the dam doors. Thats not to mention that the prices are much higher thsn the competition.

Once again no help on floor and checkout backed up with no response from management. I had to take bags from adjoining register because mine was empty. Really need to be proactive and schedule accordingly to have help available.

I love stop & shop, but this store needs renovations and new cashiers... they never have enough checkout registers open and the cashiers are not very friendly

Shop here 2-3 times a week. Excellent produce, and fair prices. Also use the pharmacy for my prescriptions. Very nice staff and very helpful.

Its nearby...and for that reason, convenient. Im told their prices are not competitive with other nearby grocery chains like MB.

Items mismarked/places with the wrong prices and you find out at checkout that its 50% more. Frustrating
