In spite of the negative things I read here, I decided to call Busas and spoke to Mike, the helpful owner, who assisted me beyond my expectations. I needed a special delivery for my sons milestone birthday and guess what? Mike went out of his way and got a balloon and card to accompany the champagne he personally delivered. How about that!! I would like to recommend Busas Wine and Spirits as a unique, quality store that surpasses your expectations. I suggest you ignore the unfavorable comments and follow my example.

their weekly saturday tastings are fun & informative & they serve a nice selection of cheeses,too - best of all, the tastings are FREE!! - staff is helpful & knowledgeable - think they have the best selection of malbecs in town & very strong in so France & spain. Oh, and did I mention their prices are very competive. I always feel confident that Im not going to see some of my favorite wines at a lower price somewhere elese. I highly recommend. - george

I have been going to this place on regular basis for more than five years. Last week I was treated so poorly that I will not be coming back. Pure stupidity, arrogance and ignorance. The younger staff has always been great but not this person who was helping me this time. I assume they dont have any need to keep their loyal customers - this is basically what the person told me. Good luck.
