When I was at Douglas recently I was disappointed in how the boss made degrading comments to a few customers. I dont know what has happened to customer service but it has definitely gone downhill there and I will shop elsewhere where people are treated more as an equal. I am guessing she is new because I havent noticed her there before.

Had a bad experience in there I called the store was quoted a price on the phone for an item went into the store and had the cashier bite my head off will not go in again and will not tell anybody to go in there

If you like craft beer this place has some good finds at times. Their "beer" guy Evan is pretty knowledgeable about craft beer and can answer many questions. Cheaper than cardozas in town.

Selection is huge but it takes forever to check out of this liquor store, and allow yourself time to find what your looking for. I feel like Im going on a field trip entering this store.
