Today was my first and last time going to this store. The manager in particular, had horrible customer skills. You have to pay $1 for a wig cap before trying on wigs. I found that to be very strange. They also have signs up saying that you can only try on 3 wigs. And my biggest issue is that if you want to try on a particular wig, and its not on a mannequin, then they will not let you take one out of the packaging to try on. She told me that I could try on another style wig, other than the one I was intending to buy from the mannequin. This made ABSOLUTELY no sense!!!! How are you supposed to know what the actual wig that you want to buy, is going to look. And they do not do refunds or exchanges, so if u dont like it when you get home, your stuck with it. She had a nerve to tell me that it would cost her too much money to have a sample of every color. Horrible business practice!!!

Ive gone their about 3 times because they are the closest hair store to me but im done. every time i go i get no help what so ever but their always on their phone or mingling with each other talking about customers who walk in; and frankly its rude. Its an uncomfortable feel. Also when you ask for help they give you such unnecessary attitude, all i wanted was help in products that girl would suggest but she just bluntly gave me attitude i didnt bother with the product and just decided to travel the distance to Clore Beauty Supplies because at least their i dont feel like a target. This is more of a location that id go to when im in desperate and i know exactly what i want so i wouldnt have to "interrupt" the associates their.

I came in with my mom, sister and friend to shop for a wig for my brothers funeral. After choosing a 20 inch human hair Brazilian wig I proceeded to check out. I paid for the wig and left. The next day I take the box out of the bag and not only do I not have a 20 inch wig I have a 16 inch wig! I called and called no answer. I left a voicemail. Not a happy customer. Customer service in the store was ok. One girl was professional another girl I asked the price of a wig and she said "didnt you see the price when you tried it on" That is not how you speak to people.

The Asian looking manage, need education classes on how to talk to this company customers, because if she talk to me disrespectful, or with her racism act, one more time I can promise I will have at least 15 women protecting in front of that store on American Legion Hwy. Then we will see how long the people of color will tolerate that company in our community. Maybe they need to set up shop in the pilgrims community.

I really like this beauty supply store. Everytime I go in the sales ladies are very nice and helpful. I will say that I always go during the week. Going on Saturday to any hair supply store is a recipe for annoyance with too many women with attitudes!

Well, theres a wides election but youll be waiting hours to get help. They wont let you touch anything without assistance so...get ready to chase them down to grab their attention. They dont have an attitude when they do help you though.

Wow! I work at the BSW Hairstore, on American legion not the BSW Wig and I do try to help all of our customers. I am very sorry you guys had a such horrible experience with the other girls in the store!

They have so many varieties I love it yea you gonna pay for a wig cap but you can always bring your own not that big of a deal ...plus a dollar wont hurt you

This place is amazing. Large selection. Saturday is the worst day to go if you need assistance. Limited staff and theyre not too attentive.
