Unbelievably rude hostile and insulting employees! Worst shopping experience ever. Will definitely not go there again. I did a quick shopping of a hair band with leave-shaped metal. TWO HOURS LATER after i finished my grocery shopping, i tried it on in my car and find out: the hook of one side slipped out immediately as soon as i put it on and the metal hurts my head. So I walked to the store and ask to return nicely. The cashier said coldly all the sales are final and can not be returned, without even asking why. I insisted it can be returned coz it is a brand-new defaulted product, telling her it is broken. She said something was missing after unwillingly checking the product. I said no, nothing was missing. She went to check if she can find me a new one and came back with nothing. She still said it can not be returned. She turned over the receipt to show me all the sales are final. the funny thing is it is right ON THE RECEIPT THE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED. Then, another woman interrupted, whose name later i heard was Stephanie. She accused me of breaking the product, with her eyes wildly open and staring at me (tried to scare me away, i guess). The truth is, nothing was missing, and it was just the hook slipping out of the tiny hole of the metal leave. I still tried to explain and showed her the both side of the metal, to let her understand. It was so SIMPLE and OBVIOUS. She still kept accusing me of breaking it. Ironically, the OTHER HOOK SLIPPING OUT IN HER HAND while she was taking it out of the bag. I said “no, i did not break the product. You just did.” She walked away while still accusing me. I was in still the shock while the cashier refunding. Could not believe what they just did. I really wanted to tell that Stephanie how rude and stupid she was. I walked towards where Stephanie was. The cashier said “GET OUT, YOU CAN NOT STAY IN THIS STORE!” Another shock of course. I was never treated like this in my whole life. I said no, I need to tell her how rude she is. Then the two women teamed up to against me and even said “TO CALL THE POLICE”. Oh my God, please do call the police, so they can put some nutcase like you two in jail. What kind of hatred they have in their hearts to treat a client like that! What miserable life they have to act like that. If you do not like your job, quit! Coz clients would never want to in a store with people like you two working there! I shopped in other Sally store before and it was definitely nice experience. This store, a disaster, because of the two awful employees. I am going to let the Sally company know.

there is ONLY 1 staff person there that is polite, pleasant, doesnt have an attitude. Shes extremely helpful and the rest should follow her lead. I dnt know her name but she has these peircings in her dimples. Im wondering why shes not a manger. the manger, however is... let me just say SHES ALWAYS HAVING A BAD DAY...the manger with the really short hair and gives all the hair advice:-/...

I have been to many Sally Beauty Thousand Oaks,CA to Portsmouth,NH and many Massachusetts stores .This Sally Beauty is by far my favorite Sally Beauty .And believe me the manager is the best and the staff is always helpful Love this place

The few times I have visited this location I end up leaving with a negative experience. The employees are not friendly and give customers an attitude. I usually go to a different and further location to avoid this.
