On December 31, 2012 my husband and I arrived at the store to exchange a piece of jewelry that was a gift to me from my husband. We had our store receipt and were willing to exchange the item and even do some extra shopping. However, we were approached at the door in an unfriendly manner telling us that they were doing inventory (even though the sign said "Open") and that we could not even make an exchange because it was more than 10 days since the date of purchase (which was 12/18/2012). This policy is absurd especially around the holidays! Needless to say we left there very unhappy customers and will never shop there again. I feel it important that the public know about our experience as in this economy there is not room for this type of business.

I love all their crystals and candles and incense. I could easily spend way too much money in there. Its a little small, but everyone is really friendly. Great for window shopping too
