I have used these folks a few times (about 5 times) to order Jonathan Paul "fitovers". While my contact has been limited to electronic media for passwords. The order system works flawless and the delivery is spot on. Product is great! Ive tried others however the fit and quality continues to bring me back to this brand (Im hard on frames in my line of work so at times I must buy elsewhere until my new pair gets here). My past order was for 2 pair Razor fitovers, these are very nice. My reason for these rather than glasses that change is simple, our shop has a fair amount of ambient light that enters thru the door. Glasses that auto change/tint will stay gray inside. Wearing these glasses I have better protection from the sun on the side as well as the top of the glasses. You really cant go wrong. Thank you for a great product and great service.

Im lucky to have found Hilco Eyeglass Repair online! After being told by 3 different Eye Glasses stores that my glasses were not repairable, I went to Hilco expecting to hear the same. There was no question at all. They took my glasses and said theyd be done in a half hour. I was shocked and impressed at their level of professionalism, friendliness and quality or work. They fixed/replaced a hinge that was sheared off inside the plastic of the Temple and the Frame. After writing these glasses off, I was overjoyed to have them back good as new at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Hilco Eyeglass Repair.

Terrible Experience. Took my delicate frames in to have nose piece reattached. I got them back and they looked like someone used a glue gun and a black sharpie to color it back in. To add insult to injury, they put several deep scratches into the lens while doing the work. While they did not charge me for this "repair," and they will pay for a new lens, my overall review is one star. They never even looked them over before handing them back. These were the errors I saw immediately once the glasses were handed back to me in their dimly lit waiting area. Terrible.

This is the second time I needed my reading glasses repaired. The last time was four years ago for a badly broken and twisted arm that they managed to resurrect. This time it was a loose screw for a lense that for all of my specialty tools, I couldnt fix. The gentleman was able to tighten both lenses in 10 seconds and wouldnt charge me. I will certainly be back, and give Hilco my highest recommendation. ¡Saludos!

Great to have been able to repair a pair of boys glasses in an hour for $30 instead of ordering new ones for over $100 and having to wait for them! They are the only place around I could find that could solder the piece holding on the eye pads back to the rest of the frame.
