If youre a loyal customers then its a very great place to shop. Most employees are very knowledgeable about everything in the shop. The glass is overpriced but with loyalties discounts it makes it worth shopping there. The owners is very bias but is rarely there. Ive sent everyone I know there n recommend being a loyal customers or just go to modern vapes down the st, no need to be a loyal customers there prices are always on point plus, being a loyal customers there is great opportunity for below pricing.

Went here to purchase the IPV D3, they didnt have a black device in stock, so they let me buy the display model. Took them 5 seconds to decide and they catered to my needs. Extremely professional. Unlike other shops in town or in Mass, their devices never fail or have the same faults as other stores. I have been a regular here since July after dealing with another store that sold me 2 bad batteries. Extremely happy with Vape City and they will always have my business. Thanks so much -Allan

Im not a local to Marlboro or even to the state of Massachusetts and yet I was treated like I was at home . The staff was great, curtious, helpful and had extensive knowledge about every product I had questions about. Great people and shop aswell ,and I will definitely be shopping here every time my work brings me into town.

I have asked these guys to order a specific coil for 2 months now. And they say that they are going to order and never do. You would have consistent business if you just actually do what you say you will.
