I went there to today to purchase a replacement vaporizer. The woman working there charged me $60 for a piece that was missing the tank thats supposed to be in the box! And then refuses to give me a receipt. When I question her about this, she begins yelling at me, " No refunds, No exchange". So, now, if there is a problem with the piece, I am unable to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, I will NEVER shop in this store again! The teller, not only ripped me off! She was RUDE and unprofessional!

Went an spent a lot of money in store the second day i had my Kangertech it started leaking through the air in take. This store does do returns or exchanges that includes falty Equiptment. After they get their money their all set with customers. Not very knowledgeable on capes or how they work just basic knowledge. Best of luck to you if you shop there, I will not be. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Park Ave Smoke Shop. I stopped in to play my lottery a few months ago. I found Jack & his wife Nicky to be very friendly, warm, and caring couple. They have made that end of Park Ave a delight for the neighborhood - they have a young new business that I think will serve them well for a long time to come !
