Well, Ive been going to MB for as long as I can remember. Today was my first sad experience. The young people today, are the dumbest of the dumb. Im sorry but when I was a teen, I worked in produce, and boy if you didnt know every square inch of that store and where every single product was.......you just didnt last. When someone asks you, " Excuse me son, can you find out if there is any Watermelon flavored, Richies Italian ice, available?" You dont reply, " HUH? Whats that? I dont work in that dept.. " "Youll have to find someone with a blue coat on, I dont know where you would find that" That just made my blood boil. I wanted to grab the little fool by his ear, and bring him to the end cap that had all the slush in it, and stuff him right the fn glass doored freezer. Aaaarrrrghhh that level of ignorance on a job, burns me!!! I feel bad for the future adults of this country. Sincerely, A proud "Richies" fan

Market Basket quality has really dropped off lately. Their deli selections used to be ok, now they are pretty bad. The MB bologna looks like it is all animal skin and no meat, plus it tastes terrible. The ham is slimy and the cheese has an odd flavor. Moving on to the MB bread, they had to have changed the recipe, now it is all air bubbles and no bread. Unfortunately in their attempt to save money I think they will lose customers instead. Too bad

I am very happy to see a market basket pop up closer to where I live, just a quick 4 minbute ride down the road. I am very impressed with this location , it is very well stocked, with many more organic options compared to my old Westford location. It is a smaller store in size but it still carrys everything I shop for and can still find anything and everything I need.

recently I have noticed the quality of the produce has fallen. I called the LIttleton MB to get a refund on a box of clementine tangerines which was half rotten at the stem. The lady at CS told me I had to bring in the receipt and the rotten items! This is a first. I have not been asked in the past to produce the produce. Not liking this trend.

Nice employees &the store seems well maintained when Ive been in there. &They always seem to be pretty good about shelves being stocked so the items are their when you go to get them. &its a pretty busy location from what Ive seen, but not so busy it takes forever getting around in there &checking out. I went in for 1thing &was out in 10mins.

Its a great shopping experience except for the fact that in half of the supermarket there is no phone reception whatsoever for some reason (Verizon). Its the only supermarket I need to go to the front of the store to make a call for clarifications on the shopping list.

Relatively new store. Very clean, lots of choices, but a little pricey compared to surrounding town Market Baskets. Have found that Chelmsford or Billerica Market Basket, you can get a lot more for your money. I use this store for just needing a very few items.

Friendly, helpful employees, clean store, great prices. We like the cooking demonstration area in the back and love the fresh pasta sold near the pre-packaged deli meats. Markets Cafe is good, too.

Love Market Basket for their prices, however, the employees at the Market Kitchen, specifically the pizza station are rude and angry. Go to Donelans if you prefer good customer service.

Still relatively new, clean, had a good meat and produce section compared to most MBs. Has times when sick is weirdly low on items, but otherwise a very good supermarket.
