My father in law is from quincy and lives in the South Shore. He still works in Quincy and at every cook out and Patriots game theres always Prevites pre-marinated steak tips. Teriyaki and Bourbon. He had been raving about Prevites since I met him. He would always bring the meat to family events. Now we have a Prevites in Weymouth. A lot closer to home. My Mother in Law is buying full Tenderloin and Sirloin roasts for the Holidays. The full side of Sirloin is a steal and can feed an army. She had 32 ppl for X-Mas. Use a Meat Thermometer and it will be perfect. My family never went to a Butcher Shop and I can tell you I hate buying steak at the Super Market. I can only buy steak tips at the super market. I only bought a real steak when I went out to eat. 1 because of the cost and 2 because it just never comes out that great. UNTIL.. my father in law introduced me to Prevites Rump Steak. It is a cut of meat you do not see at the super market. It is an unbelievable dinner steak. It is a thick round piece of steak with a great texture. It will not break the bank and it will be better than most steaks you can buy out to eat unless you get Filet or Porterhouse at a quality Restaurant. Cook it on the grill!

I used Prevites for a lunch in I had to run for the organization I work for. Decided on Finger Sandwiches and salads. Never been more satisfies with the great service I received. Generous amounts of deli meats in the petites and the green garden salad was made with 3 different lettuce, peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. The pasta salad was equally as delicious, colorful with papers and easy on the mayonnaise, just the way we like it...PREVITES I WILL BE BACK! Thanks for the great food and service.

I love coming to the store. Everyone is very helpful and courteous; whenever I have a question on a cut of meat or need something from Lorraine at the Weymouth Lobster Pound inside, they are always eager to help. The only downside to coming is the lack of parking spaces. I cannot wait until you build the new store in Hanover.

Too Expensive, almost $5.00 for a gallon of milk? Do they milk the cows themselves? However, they have some unique items you cant get anywhere else around here, like homemade frozen meatballs in a bag. They are huge, but also a bit pricey..Also the hours are not very convenient if you work until 5..they close very early.

I am so happy Prevites is so close to me!! The food here is always fresh, and always the best! We get lunch here a few times per week and also get our fresh seafood here. if we could give more stars we would!!

Amazing Steak Tip Sandwiches prepared while youre watching. (drop in at 10:45AM for perfect timing!) My only complaint is that they pack in way too much meat! Quality cuts, working man prices.
