Were new to Sprint & wanted to exchange to a new phone before our 30 days set in. Between my husband and I we spent $700 on our Epic 4Gs and decided to go with Evo. Called ahead of time to check if they had them in stock and they did. They set it aside for us and we took time out of the office to go (Cambridge to Burlington!). When we arrived, the guy Rob said, "What? Youre not upgrades?" and then it went downhill from there. He def did NOT want us to have the phones. Made it very difficult. He treated us like 3rd class citizens and tried to charge us the $35 restocking fee to my husband and I when it doesnt even apply because were new accounts. Then he said he couldnt process our exchanges because the system wont let him and played it off well. The manager Jesse was no help. We left the store clearly upset. Called Customer Care and the rep said that we shouldve been able to get our phones exchanged. She contacted Rob at the store and he told her we were "suspicious-looking", so thats why we didnt get the phones. We have office jobs and were in our dress shirts, slacks, work badges and all. GIVE ME A BREAK. Go to the one on Boylston Street in Boston, they actually honor their return policy AND treat you like a valued customer. Never coming back to Burlington Sprint! Will be filing a complaint.

This review is only related to an iPhone experience. Dont waste your time at this location. Unfortunately, they do not know how to fix any iPhone problems. I had to go back to this store three times before they got the phone to actually work ... yes, I mean actually work. Any problem you do tell them, simple answer they give you, its a bug ... and forget leaving your phone with them ... i actually had to go to the apple store and get all my issues resolved. Sprint store is great at selling you things, especially, warranties, etc, but as for as iPhone support, help or simple as setup, dont bother. One of their support actually told me ... they were too busy and I should come back later to have my problems solved.

We had many issues with the customer sevice at the Sprint store in Stoneham, so we visited the Burlington store and found an amazing representative. William Chin was great! He provided all the information we needed to make the best decision possible. He was very knowledgable and neutral. We must of ran 5 different scenarios by him and he was able to tell us wich one was the best deal for us however letting us make the decision with no pressure. Finally some real customer service from Sprint!

They use to Have advisor call Mimi she warranty us the service price for 2 lines will cost $133.00 per month and the bill came $175,00 she lie to us and she also warranty sprint will pay our old phone we gave to her 2 galaxy 3 note we owned t mobile $150,00 and know we are here dealing with a high bill and also a pending payment from t mobile. Please do you self a favor dont go there, also now she moved to sprint in saugus ma be very careful to not go with this advisor.

My HTC EVO 4G LTE was not responding and was unusable. I called the store explained the problem and they asked me to come in so the could take a look. 15 minutes later my phone was working again. Great Service.
