This place was pretty awful. The clerk who cut the fabric kept me giving and my young children dirty looks, as if she was trying to silently burn us with her eyes. It was incredibly uncomfortable. This establishment dirties the name of Jo-Ann Fabrics everywhere. The only thing that wasnt horrible was the sales clerk at the counter where I purchased the fabric. Also, this was a Sunday, so now you can fire the loathsome hag that ruined my day. Enjoy your fabric experience and go elsewhere.

This is my favorite Jo-Anns. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Ive been going here for the past year, and they have really been helpful every single time. The store manager is extremely helpful too, which surprised me. He stopped to ask if I needed help, while he was obviously in the middle of setting up a new area. The selection is better than some of the smaller stores in the area. I love going here just to see what new sales they may have.

Every time I go to JoAnn Fabrics it is because I think I can save money as it is closer than New England Fabrics and every time, I come away knowing I spent more money than I would have going to Keene, NH. The store in Nashua, NH is getting better as far as service is concerned but it is hit or miss. Often I feel as if I am imposing when I ask for help and I find with the coupons the price I pay is what I would have paid at NE without coupons.

Store is always clean and neat, staff is always helpful and friendly. As it is bigger than other local stores, this location tends to have more selection and I always find what Im looking for, even if Ive checked other stores first. Its not my first choice of stores due to location, but Ive never had a bad experience.

While stock was good, the staff have NO knowledge of sewing, fabrics, threads, sewing machines, or anything else this store used to specialise in. They were friendly but unable to be helpful.
