The last time I went to buy ground beef, the person who works in the butchery section cut a chunk of meet, weigh it, printed the price label and stuck it in the bag, after he grounded the meet he put it straight in the bag without putting in the scale again, when i asked him to put it back and weigh it again we found that I am loosing couple ounces and charged $ 1 something extra, when I asked him to correct it, he claimed that is how they do it, asked him to call the person who is in charge over there, he brought me a Lady who suppose to fix the issue I got surprised when she was trying to convince me that what he did was right, because when they put the meet in the grounder some of the fat got stuck in the machine and for that reason I should swallow the loss of the difference to cover their profit even the price of the ground beef is higher than meet of beef it self. " I do not understand", I used to like to go over there but now I am just telling everybody and I will never go back over there again.

This store would have to address quality of product and organization before I want to spend any money here. I visited last week and first, no curry leaves for the last month. I tried to ask but was told was the guy who brings the produce. Pointing to a white guy who was also answering the phone and honestly speaking rudely to the workers in the store. Many out dated products in this poorly orgazed store. Quality of produce is extremely low. Brought two bunches or cilantro home which turned blacked next day. The stems of all the green chilis were already darkened. I used to like to get lamb chops here but I cannot trust quality in a story like this. Hoping for change in which case I would revisit. Apna Bazaar in Norwood is much, much, much better.

I was there waiting at the food area to buy food. And there were about 4 female employees standing in there and completely ignoring me like if I am invisible. One of them she looked straight in the and laughed and she keep looking at the other one, she did that about couple time. Before I asked them if they were open to sell food.and then one of them replied yes, Thats not the way to do business, if you dont like the customers you dont ignore them, you still have to serve them. Awful experience.

So far had very good experience with it. I will rate 5/5 when I consider availability of Indian groceries. One of the best in Quincy. But be careful when you buy stuff here. I bought 3 coconuts from them a week ago and found that one was rotten and the other was in bad condition. Reported them with a picture and the bill. They said they cannot return for coconuts and said sorry. I will not buy such stuff like coconuts from there again. Otherwise thats a good place.

WORST STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Im not even exaggerating. I bought henna cones for my WEDDING and they were all dry. It ruined my wedding. And they gave me a refund for ONLY half of the cones I bought. Even after showing them the proof. The store manager is RUDE. They just lost my business and recommendations over A FEW BUCKS. It ruined my wedding!! Id give it ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Everything is costly than other Indian grocery stores. Though the labels say use by date in future, when the food is unpacked and tasted, it smells rats and tastes like yuck. Unfortunately it is only store nearby for Indian grocery, otherwise Apna Bazaar or Patel Brothers are always better choices.

Since this is the only Indian Grocery in Braintree and Quincy area, most products are costlier than other Shops. Shop is not well organized/neat, no carts available for purchase. Less choice of product. If you own a car, please dont hesitate to Apna Bazar , Shiva Bazar or Patel brothers.

Went to purchase kalakand sweet and they were completely moldy. The best two indian grocery stores around are Apna Bazaar and Patel Brothers. Please dont waste your time and money at this store as the food is over priced and poor quality. I will not shop here again!

Food sometime is not as fresh as expected. Could have more options in varities. Sometime what we expect is either not available or stock is very old like Horlikcs bottle mfg date is 12/15 when i checked on 9/16 which is almost nearing expiry date

First off, it is nearby. It is not a chain like Patel Bros. The people are always helpful and friendly. Shelves do not always look full and sometimes things look in a bit of disarray but the prices are good.

They have pretty much everything you need in an indian grocery store but ensure you are charged the same as the price tag says.

Reminds of stinking Indian shops, most of which are better than this.
