awful service, guy gave me tude when returning a controller that they sold me that was BROKEN. said that theyd "NEVER" sell a controller that looked like it although they did such a thing days before. still got a new controller though, only reason they got a star. still the new one was pre-owned.

Really small GameStop that gets crowded really easily especially on weekends and holidays. Not enough people behind the counter to get the line moving fast either.
