I work here at this Rising Sun Big Lots and no my rating is not based off of that. My rating is based off of other experiences that I had prior to working there... I have worked here for a lil over a year now as a stocker and truck unloader... when I was going here before I started work here the people were always friendly and very helpful... if they didnt have it in stock they would order it and hold it until I was able to pick it up... they have everything u need from snacks and quick meals, to home decor and nic naks, toys to summer toys and pools, any seasonal decorations from New Years to Christmas and everything in between, pet beds and food to chemicals... at big lots they stick to their motto SURPRISES IN EVERY ISLE EVERYDAY!

I was so thankful for the assistance of the manager...I had stopped in to look for a Shark steamer. They had been moved from the usual location. I was in a hurry and was quickly checking each aisle when a Manager pooped up beside me. He asked if he could help me find something, directed me to the item, smiled and wished me a good day. I appreciate good customer service and I received it that day!

Employees are very friendly and helpful here with assisting to help customers.Floors and store is clean and organised. The only set back is a lot of items are not priced at all.As well aisles seem stocked well .Most friendliest one Ive been in yet to date .
