To begin with, as soon as I walked into the store it smelled like marijuana. I have been with AT&T for years and never had a problem with service until I walked into this store. My phone turned off on Sunday and would not turn back on so I went in to see what the problem was. All they did was plug it in a charger, saw that it didnt turn back on, then gave my phone back to me and said there was something wrong with it. These people should not be able to run a store by themselves and should be given some customer service skills training. I have not encountered a more apathetic or incompetent group of people in my life. The manager saw I was having issues and had many questions that were not being answered and actually left to go get food while he was fully aware that I was there and not being helped well. If you want help with anything, go to another store and avoid this store at all costs because it will absolutely be a waste of your time.

I ordered my wife a new Samsung Galaxy online. The phone came, she visited the store this past Saturday to transfer data and activate the phone. There was 3 gentlemen "working" sitting around doing nothing. One reluctantly got up to "assist" my wife. When she told him what she wanted, the guy said they could not do it and the others got up and walked away. They had a very poor attitude. Eventually they told her where she could download an app to transfer the data, but acted like they did not want to be bothered. They did activate on the phone, however failed to mention that she would need to reboot the phone. We waited for 5 hours before I finally rebooted the phone and she was able to use it. Poor service all around.

Poor attitude. My husband and I went to add a line to our plan. The sales associate "helping" us didnt even bother to come out from behind the counter, and the other spent the whole time sitting at the counter playing with his phone. They didnt have the phone we were interested in in stock, and, rather than trying to show us other options, we were told we should just go to Best Buy or Walmart.

Brian Hood was my salesman. The best and most helpful person ever!! We had some issues with my old carrier and he was able to get everything squared away including getting me a new iPhone 7. We were at the store til 11:30 that night and he had a family to go home to! This guy needs to get a huge raise! He went over, above and beyond the call of duty!

My experience was fantastic! I went in to complain about my bill and ended up saving money when I left the store AND got a new phone. I worked with Dom and he was incredible and so were the other gentlemen that helped out. GREAT CREW!
