When I first walked in, there was only 1 associate in the store. There were 2 customers (I was the second customer). The associate was helping the other customer, who was there before me. Thats fine. However, what is not fine is the fact the associate completely ignored me. He never said hi, he never asked if I needed help, he did NOT acknowledge me as a customer or a person. I dont like being ignored especially when I am there to purchase a few items and need help. The other customer was an elderly lady; so I just kept my cool and researched products using my smart phone. After 15 minutes of browsing and using my phone to answer my own questions, the associate still hasnt said a word to me. Fine. I selected my items and went up to the register where he was still helping the lady. I stared at him waiting for him to say he would help me in just a few minutes. After standing behind the other customer for another 5 minutes and not being acknowledged, I dropped my items and just left. I have never been to a small store where the owner/associate was so RUDE. Usually I seek out small stores because they care, they are helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. This is CLEARLY NOT the case with this store. The quality of the items is rated poor because they are CHEAP and off brands. The appeal of the store is poor because they have items sitting on the floor. UMM, there are mice, bugs. The service well that was obviously POOR! Never will I waste my time at this place again! I suggest you avoid this place and find somewhere else. I won’t say where because I have no affiliation with any other nutritional stores. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have been doing business with them for about 9 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have always been very helpful, courteous and professional. I am so pleased with their products and service that, even though, I moved out of town, continue to do business with them. They make ordering easy and products arrive very quickly. l definitely recommend, Your Prescription for Health and the Flying Avocado Café, which has great sandwiches, salads and smoothies!

I was quite surprised to see the negative reviews published concerning "Your Prescription for Health." I cant image that these are verified customers. I have used their services for the past 7 years and have nothing, but good things to say about their professionalism and service. Dr. Pawluk is an outstanding clinician who opened my eyes to a number of options to treating my condition that were not offered to me by my rhumatologist.
