I dont really know where to start, but I will say that this store shows much concern for the customer. I have been having issues with my S4. Moose and Jimmy have been great! They ordered me a replacement with no problems, and have been very attentive. I came in yesterday under the impression that I was going to upgrade because the replacement phone was turning off here and there. Josh says well why dont we try a new battery, and see if that works before you upgrade. He did not push me to get a new phone, and also multiple times went over the pros and cons. Corporate might not like to hear this, but being in a sales driven job myself...it is very rare to have someone actually give a crap about your customer. Josh and Brad were both genuine and attentive as well. So far the replacement battery has seemed to stop the problem. If i do decide to upgrade, this will be the place that I return too! Moose, Jimmy, Brad, and Josh all deserve a raise. It is very rare that you have employees show this much heart! I will also be copying corporate. Customer Service is a valuable thing that you should give each one kudos for! I have def been frustrated the past few weeks, and they have been very very helpful! And to add one more thing, I like that when I call a friendly voice (Jack) answers the phone. I want to make sure the correct personnel are recognized! Thanks guys (Hopefully I wont need to come back for my S4 issue, and will upgrade)

Pretty much down right disrespectful pathetic service. I was directed to the back for tech support. Where I signed in and was ignored for ten minutes by five tech reps due to a pretty lady in front of me having phone issues. How many tech reps does it take to help a pretty lady? One maybe two (tech rep and manager) but not ALL of them!! How much input is really given? Unless you are a pretty woman wearing a tight dress youre better off driving the extra twenty minutes to the Columbia branch. Which is always busy because they know how to treat their customers

I am not even a Sprint customer but I went there today for my dad and their service is absolutely horrible. I was directed to go to the back of the store where 3 people sat holding a conversation while I stood there for 5 minutes, and even after they were done they did not acknowledge me until I spoke up. The person that helped me was unprofessional once she started to unwillingly assist me. I feel like I was a burden to her at the job she asked to do when she was hired. I would give a 0 if I could. Poor service is never acceptable.

I would give them ZERO STARS but one is the least you can rate them!! So I try to open the door at 12pm as thats the time the store opens. The door is locked. Ok. The employees SEE me standing outside and just keep standing there looking. One even came closer and just kept looking and smiling while another was drinking a drink. Its 90 degrees outside!! Atleast dont stare at me if you dont have the keys to open the business on time. I just left because clearly they didnt want my business.

After spending days and hours with being on hold with the store, and Sprints entity online and countless 888 numbers. I am unable to locate my phone that I dropped off weeks ago to be repaired. It is under my analysis of their inability to communicate that everyone at that store suffers from some form of lead poisoning. I have never had a good or even fair experience with this location. Please take all of your services else where and save yourself the stress and drama.

Absolute crap.....same ....bait and switch.....salespeople that promise wtv needed to close the deal and the customer winds up footing the bill....just as crappy as every other phone company out there.....maybe worse.... soon as I can be out IM OUT!!!!!.......never another contract for me or wtv they call there no contract pay for your phone forever bs!!!!...

Sprint is just like all the rest of the fone companys. They tell u wht they think u want to hear to get u out the store. The sister that I talked to & helped me wit my fone talked that talk & was genuinely a nice person on the surface but I got stuck wit a $100.00 SD card that I really didnt need. Oh well, u live & learn.

I like Sprint. Mainly, because already know what I want or what my problem is before I enter the store, and service is good for me. But these people will say anything to get you out of the store. Had to call some higher ups on this store and they said they hear about them often.

Love this Sprint! Nothing but GREAT experiences here. The assistant store manager is extremely helpful and really knows his stuff. In fact, everyone I talked to was great. There was no wait, everyone was polite, and the store is very clean.

Everytime I go to that store because its near me they have no sense of urgency and about taking care of the customers as well as they are unfriendly,once my contract ends next month I will never step foot in that store or any other sprint!
