This ghetto a** store with these ghetto a** representatives. As long as your making a purchase everyones willing to help you. But the moment they mess up or say theyll do something it doesnt get done and you call customer service and theyre like well it was done on the store so you have to go back. You go to the store and they act like they dont know whats going on or they disappear in the back for hours!

Support person is arrogant and doesnt know how to talk to customers at all. They feel like they are doing some kind of public service and their job. If you want to upgrade your phone he would tell you they cannot do it in the store and you have to do it by yourself. If you cant help customers in the store why have the store at all.

The sales rep are very knowledgeable and are eager to spend time with you until you are completely satisfied regardless of how long it may take. Some are more knowledgeable than others but what can you expect WE ARE ALL HUMANS!!! SOME PEOPLE JUST LIKE TO MAKE OTHERS FEEL DUMB SO THAT CAN FEEL SMART!!!! Talk about EGO trippin!!!

These people will LIE to you and say what ever they have to say to stall you so that your stuck in contract.. Beware your dealing with the Devils. 5 months later came back with issues with my phone and Eddie the Manager was more then worthless with his attitude and help.
